So does anyone know if there are any 910 tips to be had that offer the same adjustibility as the oem?

I realize I can buy a Titleist 910 shaft off of the bay and pull the tip and there are old threads saying how the aftermarked tips don't offer the same adjustibility but I'm wondering if there is somebody now that has an aftermarket tip that acts the same as the S/N oem tip

Thanks

I can tell you that I have an after market tip on my AD DI in a 8.5 D3. I bought it on here so not sure which tip it actually is. I have never checked the lofts or anything on a machine but if I change the settings, it 100% effects my ball flight and looks to change appearance to my eye. Just my two cents.

+1 to this. Golf Works and Billy Bob's sell one that has exactly the same settings as the OEM version.

Does anyone have experience with the aftermarket product?  Does it work just as well as OEM (same quality?)  Can they be used in the fairway woods as well?

Sorry for my Titleist irnorance, but I just purchased a 910F #bestfairwayavailable

I have used the Golfworks/Billy Bobs adapters with no issue in both 910D and 910F.  Results from adjustments mirror that of the stock tip from my experience so I have no hesitation using the aftermarket adapters anymore.

One note on the GW/BB adapters, make sure you get the right tip size as they are offered in .335, .350, and .370. The stock adapters are just .335 (for drivers and fairways) and .370 (hybrid).

Happy shaft hoing!

The early versions didn't work, but they resolved that issue with the aftermarket adaptors.  One thing I found was that I needed to swap the screw.  The OEM screw was a little too long, and because of that, it would bottom out in the adaptor and not tighten correctly.  Once I put the shorter screw in, it worked just fine.

RE; Golfworks Surefit Adapter

Are the adjustments the same as the OEM? Is A1 on the Golfworks the same as A1 on the OEM? How about D3? C4?

Victory Golf, I have a few of his and they work just like the oem, i actually think they look a little better machined than the oem one's.

This usually happens when either a poster deletes their own post or has it deleted for them by a mod. If the later, it is because something in the post is not in keeping with the spirit or the letter of the general posting rules or BST rules, depending on the context.

You can get a .350 adapter for the 910D? Best news I've heard since I got this driver. I have a Speeder 757 with .350 tip that I kept because... well IT'S AWESOME... and I'd love to be able to put it in the Titleist driver.
