JW, is that a tour spec in the driver? If so, how do you like the combo?

Nice looking bag J !

I'm a little surprised you went to PING but it sounds like they are 'point and shoot' for ya.

Going to give the 913 d3 \ Tour Spec combo a go?   ( in November )

Dizz - Ping Milled, Buttonback, or T10 again?  Stop with the Lob Wedge business ..... you aren't Charley :stop:.  I tried to buy the X3 he tossed into the lake at TPC Sawgrass a few years back from the volunteer who snagged it but she wasn't having any of it.

I don't own any of those putters anymore.  I wish I had that T10 back now though.  Here is a pic for old times...

I played 27 holes today.  I hit the hybrid to about 15 feet from 239 into a 10-15 mph wind.  I tee'd up both that and the 3 wood on the next hole to see.  I hit both about as good as I can hit them and the 3 wood was only 10 yards past the hybrid.

Wasn’t that a  bronze square back?

15, it was downwind off a tee.  Tough to say I hit them both good, this happens everytime I try a hybrid or 5 wood.  The 20 is actually 19 and when I messed around on TrackMan I was getting about 250 carry with the 3 wood and 265 total.  Hybrid carried just shy of 240 and finished at 250.  It's a lot easier for me to flight the hybrid.

Thats deep. I love the look of the I20 series, is the VTS a custom option from ping for the hybrid?
Also how do you like the z-grip on your driver?

Z grip is awesome, I have a box of them from a rep I'll put on my sticks eventually.  Yea I heard that VTS is now an option but I have no idea I haven't tried to order one yet.  PING will install whatever you want and order the shaft from anyone.  Both the Tour Spec and VTS Black were built by them so I would have to assume a customer could get them.

Very nice. Specs on RIP? I'm surprised you went with that, considering other smoother feeling options you've had in the past.

i20 15- RIP 70X tipped 1/2", 42.75", Tour Velvet BCT 580 round.  To be honest that Tour Spec is pretty damn firm.  Now that Tour Spec 7.2 is in the newest PING pdf I don't feel bad asking for it.  When I got it in the driver originally it was not so I felt bad about it.  3 wood has always been a trouble club for me.  The i20 is the best I've had since my Sonartec SS-03 but now I wish I would have gone with less loft.  My i20 hybrid is too close in distance.  I'm gonna add some new pics and specs here shortly since I have to be back to work very early tomorrow.

Hybrid is maybe my favorite club.  I hit it off the tee quite a bit now with it being so firm and fast out right now.  Looking at getting new irons though.

I try to play stuff that I can show customers I have in my bag.  I hit the new Anser irons and they are just phenomenal.  i20's just didn't work for me so I'm thinking S56 or just may wait for the next thing because my AP2's are very good.  I need to figure out the gapping with my long clubs though.  I thought I made a mistake with selling the Kombi but starting to really roll the GoLo Mid well.  Next set will have PXi 6.5 in them for sure.  I tell you what though, the Anser product this year is really really going to sell well in my opinion... driver, fairway, hybrid and Gorge wedges.  Not so sure with the irons though because of the pricing.  I absolutely loved the Gorge 60 degree Wide Sole.  PING has a few new shaft options as well in their pdf that should cover everyone... offering 'ahina 70 in the driver for no price increase and 'ahina 80 in the fairway for a small increase is really going to fit the high ballspeed player without having to unload mega money.  The shaft lineup covers everyone (TFC, Blur, 'ahina, Phenom) without going premium pricing but the additional custom shafts are just a bonus.

Scores this year between 66-80... more rounds in the 60's this year than the 80's.  That's pretty good for me.
