Has anyone made a custom sports team headcover? I wanna take a blank AM&E and put 2" X 2" iron on patches and make a custom cover that way. Has anyone ever done this? Does it look good?

I've been wanting to do this too, I wasn't sure about the durability of the patches though. I've wanted a Mavericks cover forever.

She offers a unique service... have not come across anyone that offers so much customization at reasonable prices... best secret in the industry!

I saw it done on a cover on cameron collector.  It looked really good.  The trick is finding patches that size to get the "cameron dancing" look.

This thread from cameroncollector.com has a couple of pictures of homemade headcovers.  Some good info is in the thread as well.

And she just made a set for Freddy Couples. He sent her an autographed picture saying thanks. Very Cool...Can't go wrong with Delia.

I've done both.  Cheap/quick way is to glue patches on......better quality is to get in touch with Delilah.  Problem is that if the secret gets out too much, she won't be making some of those covers in the future.

I did this with a ping Anser milled cover. I picked up 2 jayhawk patches from eBay and had them stitched on. They came out unreal.  I get so many comments on it.

3-3.5 inches maybe 4 at the most. I think the patch was 2-2.5 inches wide.

Here's my cover from Delilah. She won't embroider trademarked or copywritten logos so I had to get around that.

My name is on the other side of the cover. And it goes well with my bag...

She told me she could do copyright logos as long as I contacted the school and asked permission. Once permission was granted from the school to use the logos she made them for me.

Any ideas on how I could get an SF Giants headcover made? My guess I can't since the logo is copyrighted.

It seems like a great idea to make you own and I am all for that, but the problem with this is you do not know how it is going to turn out until it is done.  With Delilah, you know that you are going to get a great product and you do not have to invest any time, just a little more money than you may have liked.
