With the 64's I really don't see any point in the 69's. That's just me though. I think the 64's do everything the 69's do but also offer that extra fraction of forgiveness when needed.
If you look on tour you pretty much see entire set makeups of 69's and 64's with the exception of a GI or two in the long irons.

MP-64s look beautiful. Mizuno is the king of class when it comes to irons.

Haven't seen the 64's in person yet----very soon----I've always liked a combo set with blades for a smaller look in the 8-pw.  I guess it depends on the size of the 64's......how would you rate them on forgiveness in the long/mid irons ????

I'm just bummed they don't offer KBS C Taper S+...though, it seems that most OEM's don't.  The 64s are amazing!

I saw a demo 6 iron head of the h4, man was it big, and I have played g20s in the past. I wish I would have hit it to see how it feels.

looks like the H4's are in retail stores now. just checked out the full set and hit the 6i. they are definitely bulky in the long irons, which i actually don't mind. feel pretty is still soft but not quite as soft as 59 or 64s.

store employee tried to tell me the h4's were more forgiving than any other mizuno line, including any jpx. this is obviously wrong as they are still players club, but the bulkiness makes them look more game improvement. they are labeled as 2-14 handicap on website as opposed to 6-18 jpx pro 825.

i actually like the larger sole on the long irons and gives me more confidence while i'll probably go with the 64s in the 7-pw. i'd rather have the extra forgiveness in longer irons and can give up thin topline and feel. I took a pic of the 4 iron as most pics don't really show how setup looks. the larger sole  is visible in 4 and 5 but not so much in the 6 and completely hidden in the 7 on up. i'm sure their will be those that are turned off by the bulkiness but i actually like the feel and looks more than the jpx 825 pros.

H4's are awesome. Ordered a 4 iron with my set of 64's. Couldn't believe how far I was hitting the demo 6 iron. Great feel too.

Will have to go check these out. How much smaller was the 7-pw?  What was the stock shaft?

the 7-pw were much small and looked much more traditional. still larger and thicker topline than the 53 but maybe similar to jpx825pro. hard to say without comparing side by side but they weren't the chunky look of the 4 and 5 irons. stock shaft is the DG S300 which is what i prefer. Not sure what other shafts that Mizuno offers that would be standard other than DG without some upcharge.

overall i liked the easier hit the 4-6 iron on the h4 provide over the 64 and the slight extra distance combined with a little higher flight over the 64s. short irons in the 64s are very manageable and the feel is second to none. even with the extra forgiveness or extra launch,

the h4's are still players clubs. you can still work the ball and get consistent distance. don't let a sales guy look at the size of the clubhead and make comparisons to jpx800HD or Ping K15 or other super game improvement irons.

I've been playing the 64's for just about a month {edit} two months now and just this Friday the back order MP H4 3 iron came in and got to play with it this weekend.
The look of the club inspires confidence at address and in comparison with other " 2 and 3 iron utilities" I've played, you might think that it's just another hammer that's not for shaping or shotmaking...  Have to say there the similarity ends..
it came out the bag three times, once on a par five where was able to use as lay up but needing to hit all the distance I could with it so a low chaser was in order.. it did as asked. The second time was shot into green from light semi rough, found the green no problem, the 3rd time on a 190 par 3 with right to left cross wind, of a short tee and hit to 8ft with pitch and stop within 2ft of pitch mark..

I've been really enjoying the 64's especially the shorter irons,  MP H4 has already inspired confidence at the more difficult end of the bag for me. I'll give it another couple of weeks with the H4 3 iron before ordering a the MP h4 4 iron which would , imo, finish off the set perfectly )

i hit both of these yesterday.  i was hoping to like the h4 but did not.  the shot dispersion was horrible and the clubhead was a bit large for my liking.

i expected the 64 to be tough to hit.  it was not.  in fact, all 20 of my 6 irons landed within an 8 yard circle.   i moved to cavity back pings a few years ago but i am very likely to buy the 64s because they were butter soft and felt much like some wilson staffs i had back in the late 80s.  they are also gorgeous.  i was only hitting them 168 on average, which is about 7 yards shorter than normal.  but with the kbs shaft and bumping them up 1 inch in length like i have to with all my sets i expect them to be close in distance.  the feel was just unreal

  the cobra s3 pro is the only other consideration at this point.

Man, reading stuff like this is only convincing me even more that I should go and order these tomorrow. Has anyone got any feedback they can offer with the 64's paired up with the Program 130's?

Freddy, Make sure you bring them to the OAC when you get them in hand! Pretty sure I'm going to order a 3 in the H4.

I definitely would if I had them. I haven't ordered the 64's and Mizuno cancelled my H4 order, no 2 iron shaft for the program 130. I'll probably order it again, but not until the new year. I ordered the Aerotech steelfibers for a set of mp 53 heads I have just bought, so the equipment account is running low right now.

Absolutely Stunning!   I fully agree!   Best MP irons to date.   I truly love the 62's ,  but these are just stunning!   Again...   all I ask is that Mizuno adds some really interesting custom shaft options and this will truly top off the cake!

62's were/are def a set never to forget, but now playing 64's, nothing compares.....I sure hope RocketBladez TOUR have more to offer then what's they put out as of now, other OEMS are going to have problems matching these, not being biased, i do like ap2's, 712 MB's, and was playing MC's this season....with that being said, nothing will cut like a hot knife through 47 degree butter like a Mizzy (cold as hell in jersey right now) Mizuno is getting a little better with shaft selection, but these irons will hang around like 32's.... There absolutely perfect, IMO.....design, workability, perfect sole design/shape, improvements made on predecessor (63) . Love them and would recommend anyone that plays with this style of iron. I sure hope those pics from tour van show people half of what these irons have to offer. (The pics above post I replied to, page 3?)  They def knocked it outta the park with these irons....ohhhh...btw, don't be scared of the long irons, effortless.

The MP-T4s produced the best, most consistent spin based on LM numbers in competition with Vokey and Cleveland wedges, though I would've liked to try ATVs. I think I'm gonna be upgrading to the T4s though.
