Those are some pretty clubs!  And the H4's are calling me.  They are irons, not just Fli-Hi replacements!

thanks for the pics. the 64's look great and will be interested in what the specs (heel to toe length, bounce, loft, etc.) of the h-4's will be. they seem to be a bit more geared to the mx/jpx player so wonder what the specs will be like

64's look pure/soft. Wedges look gimmicky with that channel. And the h4 certainly looks like a GI true forged (in the scoring irons at least). Overall descent releases, a bit disappointed with the wedges though (aesthetically speaking).

Seriously.  Have been gaming MP-60's since they came out.  Been waiting for something that will "make" me change.  Nothing has so far.  But these are going to make it REALLY hard.

Although, still LOVE my MP-60's...

hokieputter,

There's really not a big difference between the 64's and the 60's. Both have identical perimeter weighting. Mp 62 + 63=64, the classic look of the 62, and diamond bar of the 63. Your purchase would be just something new to look at.

+1 on the bounce angles but what I REALLY like from that cut out of the HP4 is you can really see how soft/rolled the leading edge is.  All MP irons to date for ME have too sharp of a leading edge.

How was the sole and leading edge on the MP64?  Anyone else thinking how great of a combo set these would make?

I know.  But I am starting to get the itch for some new irons.  These seem like some of the best looking of the more recent models.  However, with my wedding next year, I will most likely be still hitting my 60's for a while longer.  Which is definitely not a bad thing.

I noticed that too. I have owned a lot of Mizuno irons. The one thing I did`t like was the leading edge for me.
And that is one of the reasons I have Been loving my Adams CB2`s for over a year now. . Soon I will have the CMB`s
They just seem to go through the turf a lot easier in all conditions for me.

I realize the 59 is a different product line entirely, but I really liked how the aesthetic of those was a little more modern but yet still super classic and timeless like all the Mizuno clubs.  These are just kind of meh to me in comparison to the 53s, 63s, and 59s personally.  Just my .02 though!

Love the craftsmanship here and the wedges look classic in a slightly more modern way if that makes sense. I'm still loving my 60's and MP-T wedges but will definitely seek these out during an upcoming demo day. The top lines and finishes on all the clubs are really tremendous.

Underwhelmed.

Looks like my favorite Mizuno irons and wedges (63s, R12) are already in my bag and will stay there.

I was hoping for an evolution of their already fabulous line but that's ok, the bar was already set very high to begin with.

A badge glued on to a Mizuno wedge?  Maybe there's something to this 12.21.2012 stuff after all.

Anyone know if the offset on these is less than typical mizuno offerings?  By my eyes (which mislead me a lot), the 64s almost appear closer to titleist iron offset.........

Tried to heal with a half set (4-P) Tities, but they just was the wrong prescription after worn out MP-60s. Got pimples and a rash.

Now I'm cured with the Sound of Forging ™ blades.

When it comes to the new line of Mizzies, I really like the plain and simple looks of the MP-line in general. 59's looks like a Star Treck warships like the AP2's I had for a month in my bag.

Are the 64s replacing the 63s ? The sole looks bigger them the 63s,
I love the way they look and will be putting them into play ASAP. I am hitting the mp67s right now and love them. But what something that helps me out a lil.
