I try to respond to all of these the most constructive way that I can... so I will give you the good and the not so good.
Good: Tempo, hip position at impact.
Not so good: Club is laid off at the top and you are seriously, seriously overswinging. About halfway through your backswing, the club looks ok, although a little laid off .. but manageable; however then you go another 45 degrees past that position to disaster zone.
FIX: A drill I would try to shorten your swing some: keep your left heel on the ground for the time being. That should bring the club closer to parallel.

If you love your swing and don't want to fix anything, whyd you post it here?
I see bad posture= too close to the ball = steeptake away.. obviously over turning and lifting the left foot probably impacting spine angle, club is across the line, pretty good transition you keep good lag (the best part of your swing imo), club is outside the line but you get it to the ball well w good lower body action.
It you set up better, you probably wouldn't squat as much on the downswing. A head on video can show what the head is doing better.

It looks exactly the same. I thought you said your swing speed was 110 originally? Now you say you dialed it down from 120-100. You may swing slower but the swing looks exactly the same.
Your posture is very upright, there is very little angle between the club shaft and your arms at address, you lift your left heel during the transition which appears to be for no reason other than just to do it (or it's your down swing trigger), you have early extension and a loss in posture even though your posture is very upright at address, an OTT move, no spine tilt at address, and an early/ mid release.

looks like weve both made progress.. it aint easy but the point is to groove a more repeatable consist swing.
