I'd play up to 112, played in 106 yesterday and it was hot but ok.  Lots of water with Nuun  and a cooler with ice and a washcloth and a quick wipe down of the face arms and neck with ice water every hole is the trick.

Right about 95 for me. Just played at 92 and it felt fine to me. But the 90's and high humidity is the usual for here in the summer. 95 with high humidity is like 105-110 "feels like" temp here.

If I'm hydrated, I don't think it would ever be too hot.  The grip would have to be melting in my hands.

I live in Houston where it is blazing hot and very humid all summer...if I didn't play in extreme heat I wouldn't play all summer. Typically when it is brutal I go through 3-5 gloves (soaked with sweat) and sweat through the shirt by hole 3 and the shorts by 6 or 7. By the way I typically walk 18.  I drink 100 ounces of water or more per round (we have coolers every 2 to 3 holes).  I love to play and I get all of the junk in my body by sweating it out.

That's why they make fishing poles and waders. Ah, nice cool water and air even though it's 105 about 100 yards off this stream.

Yep, it's interesting to see the answers from people in the desert vs. people in Houston or here in Atlanta, though.   I haven't played desert golf in the southwest, but I suspect that their temps somehow correlate to ours about ten degrees lower due to humidity.   I play in 100* pretty frequently and it's tolerable.   I admitted earlier in the thread that when it hit 106* in Atlanta and I was on the golf course, it was too much for me-- it was a mistake to try to play a tournament that day.   My fitness level wasn't ready for that, for sure.

You have a point...but today is 115F with 46% humidity in the Palm Springs area.  Played 18 today and was finished by 8:30am to beat the extreme heat.
I used a heat index calculator and our 115/46 combos spits out a heat index of 164F!  Glad I finished early today....

Probably 110 and above with typical Texas humidity would have me cancelling a 3:00 PM tee time.  Though it doesn't get that hot here and I've never not played due to heat.

I have played many rounds this year right after work here in Kansas and its been 113-115 when i got out of the truck. But its usually breezy here so it doesnt seem that bad to me. A cooler of water a couple beers i forget all about the heat! just love playing that much i guess!

I've been walking 18 at a pretty hilly course here in Az, teeing off at 6 am. The heat doesn't bother me as much as the sweating haha. My hands almost feel raw from the moisture and my hats get ruined by the sweat.
