Good job Titleist.  You have essentially made the same driver since 1997.  Just bigger and bigger with new paint jobs.
Joke's on you buddy. If Titleist made a 975D in 460cc, 0.83 COR and all the other modern accoutrements, everyone would buy it.

No. This is a record for a thread. We have seen 400 to 500 but I cant remember anything like this. We added it to the newsletter we sent out today though.

I have to say Titleist made a great move by letting Greg have the inside scoop on the first day of player testing.
Whether people like it or not, there's already plenty of buzz. Can't imagine what it'll be like when they start hitting the shelves!

Unless I gain 10 yards I can't justify getting rid of my 910.

Looks great, except for the bottom.  Why the racing stripes?  Totally pointless addition to the club.  It's almost like they said, "Hmmmm, seems like everyone bought the R11 because it was white, what can we do to sell more drivers to all the sheep?  I know, lets put some red and white stripes on the bottom, that will do it!"  At least you don't have to look at them when you are swinging the club.
Tell that to all the people around here custom painting their putters, wedges and other assorted golf memorabilia (I'm not one of those people but it seems there's a market for it, and it doesn't hurt anything.

I'm sure the 913 line will perform slightly better, but i'm not a fan sole design and headcover. Imho, I feel like they removed some elegance of the 910 and added a little R11 to it.

Totally agree about the graphics.  I think they're gaudy - and that's not a good thing.

Those headcovers look exactly like the old FT Tour headcovers.

Get over the headcover guys, it's annoying and pointless. If they actually did what they claimed and made my 910 a bit longer than its the perfect driver and I will buy one for sure...BB

Anyone else think the head shapes are different than the 910's?

Umm...it took two years to change the paint and make my weight kit obsolete?  The weights that came with my TM R7tp in 2004 are usable through the current product line and Titleist makes theirs usable for one generation?  Rubbish.

Something very retro about the sole. The colors just give it a 70s vibe...in a good way. I kinda like the hardcore tech look of the 910 series and might just stick with it. I think this is win-win for Titleist fans. The 913 looks cool and the 910s will be on firesale in to For Sale forum for guys like me.

Clubs look great and no doubt are winners.

I think I'll get mine without the goofy  "Golf WRX" paint fill, kinda cheapens the whole package, in my opinion.

Does not look much different to the 910 and why change the weight shape?

What Taylormade did right was made all weights and shaft adaptors the same through each model evolution, so when you change driver there are no issues with changing the shafts/weight.

Already Titleist, on only their second model of adjustable driver, have changed the weight shape, thus making all 910 weight kits unusable in the new drivers.

He had me at "It's longer". Now if we can get some independent confirmation of that I'd buy a head to put on my 910 Sure Fit shaft, which I love.

It looks like there is less face progression than the 910 series, and I love my 910 D2.

OF course I'll be buying the 913, but I'm also going to pick up another 910 D2.

Almost 13,000 views, but only 83 replies? I'm guessing the driver lacks punch?

Reading over the marketing spiel for the 910 I wonder how the writers at Titleist will alter the copy to make the goods move?  ..."deliver total performance with improvements in flight, fit, looks, feel and sound." has already been used.

They could ditch the strips on the bottom but other than that it's a sweet driver. If it performs anything like the 910, it's going to be a winner. Headcover is alright but that's not why I buy a driver. I seriously doubt it's going to be that much longer than the 910. Just bought a couple of new drivers this year incl a 910 D3. Doubt I'm going to be in the market this year for another driver.

I for one am glad to see that the 913 line is not too much different from the 910 line up.  Given the similarity I'm happy to have little interest in the 913, cause my 910 set up is money as is!

Hmm, here's hoping it is substantially lower spin than the the 910d3. If not, the best I can say about it is the headcover is amazing.

Will be interesting to see how this performs against the current 910 series. Looking forward to seeing the new fairways and hybrids too!
