Thanks everyone for the nice comments!

I do not like 460cc drivers and have never been able to adjust to them as I am 6'4 and have a very upright swing (fade bias) and I have never gotten the same performance out of  a driver as I do a FW (off the tee) so that is why I hit the TEE XCG5 off the tee...I am thinking about adding a XCG5 hybrid (17deg) but want to wait until I get my Ci11 3 iron and see if I really feel like I need one.

I have the CI11's and they are awesome clubs.  Make sure you update on the 3 iron.  I've been thinking about getting it.  I have 4-GW with the TT TX flighted.

Well the Ci11 irons did not last but a couple of weeks as I really did not like the shaft...I am back with my coach (after a year off due to a very long project at work) and with the swing we are working on (modified S&T) I don't like the way these shafts feel through impact...SO I traded them in for a set of FG Tour irons with DG S300...I also picked up a couple of the new FG Tour wedges (see sig)...will post new pictures soon.

That is some first class club hoing! Love it

"My bag is set for a LONG time!"

"Dumped my irons!.........and wedges!"

Heard nothing but great things about the FG's and I would be interested in hitting some but there is no where that carries them thats close enough. Looking forward to the pics of the new stuff. Hit 'em straight!

Since everyone else has been avoiding the awkward question, I'll just ask it: SERIOUSLY? :)

I know I really had my mind set on not continuing to be a HO because when I hit the Ci11's in the store I liked the shaft...but outside was different...just not heavy and stiff enough for my swing I guess???  However, I am loving the FG Tour irons though and they sure feel sweet...I think I am addicted to forged as there is a distinct difference in feel versus cast in my humble opinion...

Finanly got the 3 iron and it works great for my game...I have never really liked hybrids and this 3 iron gives me that 190-200 yard shot when I need it...also got the SW and  like it very much for all shots around the green...now all I need is a D-100 Driver/FW and a WS Putter and my bag will be all Wilson Staff

I am also 6'4" tall and have a fade bias, and I've also very often used a 3-wood off the tee instead of a mailbox-head driver.  But one thing I've tried is a 400cc driver head with a steel (yes, steel) shaft.   That has worked out fairly adequately for me, and you might try it and see how it works out for you.
