Definitely 3 types of WRXers... Those that put TM down for a new release every 2 days, those that can't wait for the next release.. And those who don't care either way...   I personally can't wait to see what is next!

I think you are right. Then there is at least 2 types that want new TM irons. Those that want a re-issue/update of an old favorite. And those looking for new technology.

Then there is the split between CB and true blade lovers. Cast vs Forged. It could go on forever!!!

GO TM!!! :smilie_tm:

Ok so what I heard today at a Taylormade Performance Lab was that there is a new version of the RBZ irons coming out that have minimal offset, more of a "players" iron, they will be announced soon, available through the labs in November, general public in February.  Sean O'Hair is playing it now.

Of course, my source could be totally terrible.

My guess: We see a minor update to the MB/MC, an R11S iron and an RBZ TP.

Wait, in fact I think we see a new MB, an R11S/TP to replace the MC and then a RBZ TP.

I doubt we will see anything that bears the R11 name.  If anything it will be a R13 line or something like that.

I saw the RBZ irons that Sean is playing at the John Deere. His was having them re-gripped when I was in the truck. They look exactly like the irons that Camillio is playing.

Nice!  That means there is still a chance that the RBZ "B" irons will be released!  Sweet!!!

This is literally the only way TM (aka. The Borg) can incorporate back into my bag, I don't think I could resist the temptation to ball these sucka's...BB

The biggest Golf shop here in SA is dropping the price of the MC's by a whopping 2k (SA Rand) on the 27th of this Month - so the new stuff can't be too far from release!

I liked my TM mb's but needed a player cavity back iron.  I hit the mc's but did not care for their aesthetics.  I stopped waiting about 6 pages ago and bought a set of Miura 501's.  Best decision I made - almost bought the R9 tp B-stamped irons though as I always have liked TM stuff.

I would consider a TM players iron.  But they better not have a stupid button in the back of them.  Something more like the RAC MB with better internal weighting is what I need to see from them.

I bet they will not include the screw on the back of the club this time around.  At least I hope not.

I wish we would learn somehting before I pull the trigger...the MC irons are looking mighty sweet as I am demoing a 6 iron with KBS Tour C-Taper...and the price is dropping.

That's a great combo.  I loved them, but wound up swapping them out since I'm still hooked on my MP-59s.  If TMaG comes with a nice, clean, classic yet technical players cavity that feels as good as the MCs, its probably game over for the 59s!
