The other thing about this is the grip,a stock Golf Pride 'Informer', standard to many putters of the 60's.Mr Solhiem thought they were a little bulky so many of them were hand ground and reshaped, the last pictures show the difference in each side.

A set of BeCu Ping Eye 2 irons,3 to W circa 1989,nothing odd about that, there must have been thousands of sets produced.I have never seen another set like this with Ping Graphite Shafts. These were assembled in the UK as shown in the Pic's of the Shaft Band's.

A made for Tag Ridings (Registry no A013116) .This came to me with the head cover signed by the player and the original swing weight sticker (D6) above the CT shaft band.
Newport 11 CS Tour Proto (Registry no A014633).This one started life off as a Mid Bend heel shafted blade, at some stage Cameron or a assistant has welded over the hostle and replaced the shaft in the center you can see the weld in the pic.

I have payed for years with Blade putters but this at 365g is by a long way the heaviest. The Imperial is keeping up the trend of heavy heads weighing in at 3370+.

First up a Red X2 Test Sample 330g @ 35" these were Tour Putters without the CT logo,it has the old style Tour shaft band.
Followed by a Newport Detour 2 CT Test sample .
This came a few year later than the RedX and has the CT engravings.
The Detour came to me in a pretty sorry state(see first pix) but after a bit of work and a new paint fill she's come up pretty well.
The original Detour CT head cover is long gone and finding a replacement is nigh on impossible so I settled on the Industrial CT Mallet cover which fits pretty well.

The Chikara is unusual in the way the hostle fits into the second step of the head as opposed to the first like the Newports and Ansers.
The KMP0207 is a semi Mallet
FOR A WHILE?? Geez, there's more??!!
I haven't been on this forum long, but this is near the top of the craziest/coolest stuff I've seen here. Right up there with Pure745's WITB and shootout posts. Absolutely stunning, and amazing museum quality collection. A collection like this takes time and money, and you certainly must have an amazingly understanding and patient wife.

Hi there - I'm new to the forum and was actually trying to find some factual information about the Mizuno TP-9001. I've tried google and different sites for the last 2 weeks without success.... Anything you can share? I've just bought one in like new condition, hence this research.
Many thanks in advance.
