I've been having a ton of trouble coming over the top and hitting a lot of fat shots lately.  Are there any drills/trainers that are good for this problem?  I have an older swing vid, but need to update it after fixing some things.  Thanks in advance for the help.

I fight this also. One drill I read about that may help is to let go of the club halfway through your downswing. You want the club to land on the side of you. If it lands in front of you then you came over the top. I don't actually let go of it, but I still use the same swing thought. Hope this helps.

I used to fight this issue as well....I started with a thought of "delay the shoulders turning" as I started my weight shift.  Reality is that the shoulders really don't "delay" but instead begin their turning in the right sequence instead of getting ahead of the lower body shifting/turning.

That seemed to fix the problem for me as well as any tendancy around throwing your hands from the top.

Yep, looking at my posture it seems that its horrible.  I'll work on that first and hopefully everything rights itself.
