Did you try clicking the "update shopping cart" button? It looks like you were getting charged for Qty=2 rather than Qty=1 of each. That works out to exactly the subtotal amount shown.

I would think contacting customer service would be in order instead of saying never buy from them. Crap happens.  It's what they do about it.

I was gonna buy some shorts the other day from them when they had the sale on UA shorts but $16 and change for shipping 2 pairs of shorts?? No thanks that ruined it for me. The shipping charged are crazy in my opinion so I generally stay away

I think never buying from them is a bit drastic...this is probably EXTREMELY easy to resolve.  I've bought from them several times with no issue.

That's the knock on GPPGolf is their shipping charges are very high. I have never had a problem with them though. They are pretty good guys and a sponsor here. Maybe they are having computer problems. It's best to call them then.

+ 10 MILLION

I seriously doubt the company is deliberately mispricing items or miscalculating totals online in order to screw thier customers, that'd be a helluva business model!  Seems like the first order of business nowadays is to run to the internet and try to drag a company's name through the mud...kinda silly if you ask me...give them a chance to make it right, probably some kind of glitch is all.

I have to say I've ordered and dealt with GPPGolf in the past and I was happy with them.  I would just give them a call.  I can understand your frustration but don't pass up a good deal for a computer glitch that they will take care of.

My 2 cents

I have given them a call before posting here.  They had me send a screen shot in, which I did all I got back was clear my cache and reopen my browser.

I order quite a bit from GPP Golf and have only had good experiences.  I've got my shipping info the same day or next and it always arrives quickly and in perfect condition.  The shipping is a little steep but with the great prices they have its always a deal.

GPPGolf is great.

I've had 5+ transactions and all went smooth. On my last, I paid $12 shipping for a cart bag. It was here in 2 days. No complaints at all.

I too use to buy alot of things from GPPGolf, but I put in an order last week for the same shirt as the OP (and 3 others) and NEVER got a shipping email with tracking.  I just called to find out what the status was and some guy name Bill mumbled something about the order being  released buy not shipped.  He said he was going to try and go process it manually...what ever the hell that means.   I think I'm done with them too.

I dont care who you are...you will burn with poor customer service.

Wow, pretty harsh thread title.  "Never" is a strong word.

I've bought many things from them.  Most orders went smooth, but a few had hiccups.  A quick phone call to a Customer service rep, and everything was taken care of.

FWIW, you might want think about rewording your title.

Yes, GPP has had its issues from time to time but a quick call to their CS dept always takes care of it.

I've personally had many dealings with them, both online and onsite, and they're great. And although I agree that their shipping rates are a bit ridiculous when buying small things, their prices tend to make it a non-issue for out-of-Texas buyers and heck, even for those of us that are Texas residents and that must pay taxes.

Lastly, Brandon, their Marketing Director, is a very stand up guy that will go the extra mile to take care of his customers.

See thats BS...what the heck doe "doing it manually mean?" There has to be a human to process the order and put it into shipping. That is a BS excuse.

I've also had many positive experiences from them as well. Even had them call and confirm the shipping address wen I forgot to put my apt #. Shipping can be a little steep, but usually some pretty good deals to be had.

The main reason I NEVER buy from them. $13 shipping for the belt & buckle I was going to buy once turned me off real fast. There was a time when I wanted to buy some gloves from them but the same shipping charges made it not worthwhile.

And I agree it's kind of dumb to create a title with "Never buy from GPPGolf" because of an issue with the shopping cart.

i've bought plenty from gppgolf.com before with no issue!

whilst i admit their shipping is quite Expensive, i am living in Australia and they are shipping my things via FedEx

only negative comment i have for them is i wish they'd allow a cheaper (slower) shipping option for us international customers

Consider yourself lucky. Bought a bunch of stuff from GPP over the years and had no issues for  the most part until my last order. Ordered a bag and was told it was out  of stock and a drop ship order would be placed to the mfg. Took them I think over a month and a half, or was it 2 months, can't remember exactly, for them to place the order. Spoke with someone  different 4 or 5 times during that period and each time they had no idea  why my order wasn't placed with the mfg. Was told each time they would  place the order immediately and send me confirmation, never happened for  weeks on end. Very frustrating to say the least, can't say I won't shop  with them ever again but definitely will think twice about it now if a  deal comes up. Most frustrating thing is they never call back like they  say the will. Always have to track them down to get an update. In the  end I got my bag for a great price but not sure if it was worth the  hassle. Plus their shipping is always a turn off.

I've had dozens of purchases from them without a problem.  They have their hiccoughs from time to time, but they also offer great deals on great stuff.  It doesn't bother me in the least that it's not 100% perfect 100% of the time.
