The MC2 and MC3 Victory Series. Maruyama Crew-Japan market putters. Black Thunder finishes. Copper Inserts. Limited release versions of the "regular" MC Series, which were non-insert and not Black Thunder (there is no MC1). Headweight is about 345 IIRC.
I would say circa 2003-2004.

Just was looking for any info as I couldnt find any. I couldnt find the lie, loft, or headweight and those all would be nice to know. Also if this thing is worth anything (already got one opinion) and just was looking for peoples experiences with it

The specs are there.
I had a Cameron Tei3 at the same time and I found the copper insert on the MC3 a tad softer. On slow (7 on the stimpmeter)greens I would have a hard time getting the ball to the hole.
Worth is dependent.
I basically gave mine away because of a few reasons......the guy who wanted to buy it was a friend who grew playing Ping PAL putters. I can't putt with plumber's necks. I had won it in a tournament as well, so no cost to me. I did make a 20 footer for eagle on a Par4 with it in a tournament and won something worth $200 in value.

Yeah on that website. Why do you think they are still selling it on there if the putter is so much older. I would have guessed like 2006
Why they are still selling it? No idea. Probably still have some inventory left over or they got them at good prices from some store in Japan because they are an older model.
There are some putters out there that probably had some inventory left behind. You hear it sometimes with the Tad Moore Barn Finds, some older TP Mills heads that eventually get redone/reshaped a bit then re-released. If you get to Studio B they probably will have 4-5 putters of an older model stored somewhere that you could probably make an offer on.
IMHO I don't think PGJ will get the price they want unless it is a true collector/PAL fan who is buying.
