I love the Masters because they set the pins on Sunday so that shots might just drop. Awesome. Now go make eagle Phil!

Wow! What a shot. They can't EVER get those high-fives right, though.

Nice par putt for Phil.

Oosthuizen is going to take this thing!

I agree with you. He would probably be the most underrated 20something multiple major champion of all time if it happens.

Louis just had a double eagle!   He is some player.  I remember seeing him on the European Tour and saw that he would be special.  Sad for Tiger because he cannot keep up with young guys like Louis.   Osstheizen's alignment and swing are almost perfect for power and finding fairways.  He hit 80% of FW at the Open!

Surfing the masters.org site earlier, I noticed Luke Donald eagled 15 today. There was a video clip linked to his expanded score card. Driver, 3wood, Driver.....you figure it out.

On another note I love that we can watch the leaders play all 18...if not we would have never saw Oosties double eagle...

If he goes on to win it should have been put in Butler Cabin, methinks. Too bad, really.

Oosthuizen (I still can't get his name spelled right) isn't even European.

Umm...Geoff Ogilvy is Australian and Louis Oosthuizen is South African. Last time I checked neither of those countries are anywhere near Europe. In fact, Augusta is closer to Europe.

I've had this avatar for months :). I played a bit with Loius as a junior, he is absolutely phenomenal. He's biggest weapon is definitely his temperament though. He soaks up pressure like a sponge and is always 100% focused. Holding thumbs that he can do it today and I'll be up all night watching. He finished last season strong and I was hoping he would have a great year.

That shot happened so fast and so early in the round a lot of people are not going to fully grasp how spectacular it was.  Obviously we all know that a double eagle is amazing but this shot might go down as the greatest in the history of the game if he ends up hanging on.  Not to mention Hanson dropped a shot on the first so out of no where Oosthuizen has a 2 shot lead.  I still think Phil is going to make a run and win but that shot was still something to be hold.  AWESOME Masters thus far!
