I'm a bit late on this, but rumor is that pretty much EVERY "tour issued" serial that starts T99xxx is a fake. Seller's feedback obviously doesn't reflect that he did this intentionally, but i'm 99% sure it's a fake head.

Nothing to worry about here. They made a few at the end of the season with t9. It has the + too which I have yet to see on a fake.
