Wow!  I have no idea what impact they will have on my game but they are certainly impressive looking.  I tried to capture the ridiculous milling as best I could.  The PCF wedge is gorgeous.  The set is 4-pw plus a 52* (bent to 51*) PCF tour wedge.  Shafts are dynamic gold S300's and grips are the blue new decade whiteout's.  I have to mention that the process of buying Wishon clubs is incredibly enjoyable and educational.  Assuming I play these irons well, I will be a Wishon user for life.  I went to an amazing fitter in NJ (Tim Mosel) and ultimately had my clubs built by a true gentleman (shane springer from the golf shed) in Indiana.  I really can't say enough about these two guys so I'll stop there.  If anyone wants more details about the process or the clubs I'll be happy to continue.  After I get a chance to play them I'll post my review.  Thanks for checking this out. Clearly, I'm excited.  On to the pictures......

Oh my god drop dead beautiful. Those truly are works of art. I have an old set of Wishon 550C, he certainly make quality golf clubs. I can't wait to read your review on them. The milling on the Gap Wedge is over the top cool looking.

Really nice looking.. I take it that little pocket milled in the MB's is to aid in forgiveness?

Pretty sharp looking CB's though!

I've been trying to decide between the 555's and 575's. I've hit the 555 c/m but not these so I'm very interested in the review. How is the offset on the 52? The address pics I've seen of the wedges look funky but not seen them in hand.

Hi.  I'd rather not give an exact price because I wouldn't want to put my builder in an awkward position.  From what I learned, prices range, by builder, from about $80 to $120 per club depending on the choice of shaft and grip.  These were in the middle of that range.  The PCF wedge was $110.  I'd contact Shane springer at the golf shed for a quote.  Assuming he has the heads still.

My understanding is that you would have to locate a Wishon club builder either local or online.  There is no such thing as off the rack with Wishon so you won't find his stuff sold in stores.

Sydor:

First off, THANK YOU for considering one of my company's designs for your play.  But please do be careful in evaluating your off center hit forgiveness needs before making a decision on which iron model to get.  With this being our 4th forged carbon steel iron model, I  definitely created the different models to offer forged afficianados a choice that could match with their playing/game improvement needs from more to less.

The 560's are without question created for the golfers who want a forged carbon steel head but admittedly do hit the ball off center a little more than they would like.  It's deeper cavity with slightly larger overall profile shape does offer much higher off center hit forgiveness.  The 575's were created for the golfer who prefers a more compact size head, blade length on the shorter side, and from that, there will not be as much off center hit forgiveness.

Give you an example using me as the gunea pig, so to speak.  I'm a 6-7 hdcp these days but I can go into streaks where I do struggle to break 80 because I will start hitting a higher number of poor shots.  I'm not nearly as consistent as I used to be in my own game (thank AGE and an injury for that!!) so I can go anywhere from hitting 15-16 greens a round to less than 7-8.  Hence for me I choose to play the 560s because I know that I need that off center hit forgiveness to help me on the days when the old swing just isn't quite there.

10 yrs ago when I was much more consistent and always shot between even and around 6 over I might have opted for a model like the 575's, but in all honesty not today because of the need to get as much forgiveness as possible but still with a more traditional profile/shape/low offset design.

Just want to be sure you get what you need to help as much as possible in the game.   Thanks very much again for your interest in us.

TOM
