Ha.  I love that show.  I agree that it seems rigged, but it's entertaining.  I'm not convinced that Taylormade employs enough people that they don't know who the CEO is!

Wonder if he'll have a revelation that his company isn't doing something it should, and the week "undercover" will change the way he does business?

He might find an employee who is smart and deserving, but doesn't have a college degree, and he'll promote that person anyway.

Or maybe he'll meet a minimum wage employee who has had a family tragedy ... he'll immediately move that person into the management training program.

And then ... oh wait, every episode of this "reality" show is the same. Nevermind. It's as real as Pipe Dreams was.

I know a guy who was involved in a previous episode. There is some behind the scenes staging that is done to make the companies look better and make for "better tv." not necessarily rigged but definately a stacked deck.

They don't...the only people that may not know him are all the seasonal temp. workers they hire to assemble the components shipped in from Asia.  That's not a knock on TMaG, I really like their stuff...it's just the fact of the company size and operations.

All reality shows are fake. I am sure every worker at TaylorMade knows what Mark King looks like. I have seen a picture of him in his "disguise" and it is not far from his normal look.

I think those saying reality TV is fake need to get a clue.  Tv newtorks would never lie to us and says its reality if it wasn't.  Your all just haters

Regardless of show format, I think this one would be interesting in and of itself given the company alone.

Yeah, the disguise is not that different than normal. You would think employees know their CEO, even under a lame disguise (I would expect it). Will be interesting to see what "level" of employee he targets that won't recognize him. I'm not too far on a limb predicting they won't be the highest "skilled" employees. Nevertheless, should be a good story.
