He might find an employee who is smart and deserving, but doesn't have a college degree, and he'll promote that person anyway.
Or maybe he'll meet a minimum wage employee who has had a family tragedy ... he'll immediately move that person into the management training program.
And then ... oh wait, every episode of this "reality" show is the same. Nevermind. It's as real as Pipe Dreams was.

They don't...the only people that may not know him are all the seasonal temp. workers they hire to assemble the components shipped in from Asia. That's not a knock on TMaG, I really like their stuff...it's just the fact of the company size and operations.
