I love the yellow z-stars as well. They are VERY durable and I love the performance.. Just the right amount of spin..

Probably just me but I feel more focused over a putt or shot with the yellow ball...

I play at a club that allows sixsomes and we play in a big money group. Nice when you pop over a hill from a blind tee shot and don't have to drive up to all the balls to finally find yours.. Don't know if it is a good or bad thing but a lot of out tees are right next to the previous greens and if you stick one tight they know exactly who it is..

I like the yellow, but found a killer deal on the white z star xv's so I'll be burning through them for a while.  Does the yellow cover feel a little more slick to anyone else?  Maybe that's why it holds up better.

i rotated 3 balls during my 18 holes last saturday.
one was srixon trispeed tour yellow.
the other two were nike one your d which ive found to be pretty durable for premium balls.
after 18, both one tour d balls had plenty of scuffs but trispeed tour yellow was still like new.
performance-wise, i preferred nike one tour d.
just my 2 cents.

I found a good deal on the Srixon XV's at the local golf show this weekend...they had white XV's for $30 a dozen but I wanted yellow. They didn't have any along at the show, but the guy said if they had any yellow's at the store, they'd pricematch but he didn't think they had any left there. Drove over immediately after the golf show and searched high and low and found a small stash of about 7 dozen yellow XV's off to the side so I grabbed a couple...and they did price match the $30 golf show price.  I left a very happy customer!

Got a dozen of trispeed tours in yellow and love them. I have played srixon balls for a while but will only buy yellow from now on.

This is dead on. I picked up some Z-star yellows and I get 4-5 rounds out of one before I throw it in the shag bag, playing whitey i'd lose one every round. They perform so well, they dont' scuff, they are so easy to find.

I have a box of old penta's and two sleeves of prov1s and i hate using them.

Go yellow, keep it mellow.

I love the yellows as well, but haven't found one yet to bite like the pro v1/pro v1x.  I bought a dozen of the new DT Solos in yellow for the spring up here, and they have been pretty good to me.  I have played both the Srixon's as well.

i started playing the srixon yellows when they first came out and got a lot of flack from my golf friends.  seems like everyone is playing a yellow ball these days so i switched back to white.  i must admit though, i want to play yellow again.

I was hitting the snot out of some 2011Yellow Bridgestone B330-RX's yesterday. They felt great off the irons and putter as well. The yellow is maybe a little muted as compared to some other yellow colors. Going to pick up another dozen.

Same thing here.  I played them when they first came out, but when the first couple dozen got used up, I moved back to white.  I actually really like the yellow and loved the durability.  I decided I'd play them this year for a whole season and see how it goes.  Bought 3 dozen which should last me a while.  Who cares what other people say...i'd rather play a yellow ball than some spaceship putter anchored in my chin and I see those all over the place.

Played the XV's for the first time this past Monday. Comparable distance off the tee for me and maybe some more spin off the shorter irons. Still haven't been able to judge them using the longer irons as my home course is really short; A great ball for sure, just need to do some more experimenting with it.

I just caught yellow fever myself.

I must admit I was one of those guys who swore white was the only color a golf ball should be but after seeing how easy it is to find these and the fact they seem to not scuff as easily I think I just may gaem Z-Star XV yellows.

Funny thing, I thought these would be a hard sell, walked into my local dicks sporting goods and they were out, I asked the guy if they had more and when he came out of the back he had 2 dozen. He says they seel out faster than the others and thye run out of them quite often.

I pre-ordered the z-star yellow when they first came out and haven't switched back.  Back a few months ago I scored 10 dozen for $16 per.  I should be good for the next two years, at least, as they are durable and I rarely lose a ball unless I'm on vacation.

Tried the Yellow RX today during a practice round. I think its the opposite of having a Staff Bag with your name on it. If I had a brush tee, Hammer driver and a hand held score clicker from Kmart I would feel right at home. I had the urge to go by a ball retriever tool and go fish around in the ponds. Nothing screams hack like a colored ball. I feel like there should be a Sponge Bob logo on the side. I just dont get it.

Just another reason I love teeing it up against guys who think like you and then smoking the middle and spinning the ball back on greens!  I love hearing the comments about how I get a Pinnacle or Top Flite to stop on the greens, I giggle every time I hear it.

Love the z-star yellow, and play it all the time.
Wanting to try out the Z-star SL in yellow also.
Have been trying out the NXT Tour S in yellow. They feel softer than the Z-stars. Especially off the putter and they also will shred more off the wedges.

Played RX yellows for the first time last week. Our two-some was paired with two strangers in Myrtle Beach. Stood on the first tee for my first shot since October. Could feel the strangers thinking, "Who the heck did we get stuck with." Hit my drive about 20 yards. Hit my second shot another 20 yards. Now I'm thinking I should have at least played a white ball. Managed a bogey on the first. Par on the second. Got my game in order and was the longest off the tee the rest of the day. By the 8th hole, one of the strangers said, "I told my buddy that you were going to be a good golfer. But I must say that on the first tee, I wasn't so sure." The next six rounds, I could feel those same thoughts from strangers on every first tee. Luck for me I was longer and straighter than the rest of the week and quickly put the ball retriever guys in another league.

I look forward to playing yellow the rest of the season. I like being able to know that my ball is the longer one, or the one on the green, before needed to check the brand or marks.
