You know you have been a club ho for too long....

when you start seeing the exact Drivers and irons on ebay for auction that used to belong to you years ago.

Yikes.

Or when you start to tell your local golf store about what new kit is coming soon.

Even worse, when you are bidding on those same clubs again, hoping they've gotten better or a friend of yours is hitting that type well so if you get them back one more time they might work, sound familiar, p.s. Im laughing and frowning while Im typing this.

And then realize it will be the fourth time you've owned it.

My pro used to ask me what was coming out. It is bad when you know more about equipment coming out than the guys working in the golf store.

Or when you belong to a golf site and have over 800 posts, and watch the site all day everyday waiting for a piece of something new. Wow that is bad. LOL!!!! :cheesy:

But the good part of being a club-ho is whenever your buds say "I am done with my bag" and then you show them pics/articles/info on new gear and watch the reaction.... :yahoo:

You know your're a HO and a very knowledgeable one when your local pros come to you for equipment advice - I've had local pros coming up to me at the local golf shop I hang out at and ask me how a certain club plays etc, and then they ask me for the exact name of that club so that they can then go ask their sponsoring company for new equipment!

I haven't bought the exact club back yet, but I'm considering... It's by far the longest driver I have ever owned. I sold it because I didn't like the way it looked, but man, no joke it's like 50 yards longer, I sold it to my buddy and now it's just sitting in his trunk. It's a Tour Fusion Graphite Design Tour AD M-85 S flex... Should I do the unthinkable? And actually buy back a club I sold before?

..... when you go to the used golf store and check the serial #'s for any tour issue clubs.

..... when the Postmaster stops asking you whether your package contains anything fragile, liquid, or flammable.
