I saw they had some pretty good deals, but are they a legitimate website? What's your experience been like with them?

Nothing short of great for me! I've ordered a ton of balls from there and they have decent customer service, no issues at all...

Absolutely legit, haven't bought balls from anywhere else in over 2 years. You are wasting money if you do so, in my opinion of course. I've bought hundreds of balls from them at a time, was only displeased once and they more than made up for it.

Only place to buy golf balls, in my opinion.  I've never had a bad experience with them.  They ship fast, have great prices, and best of all, you get some really high quality golf balls.  Even buying AAAA it seems like a lot of the balls I get are brand new.  If you go AAAAA you are probably not going to notice any difference from new balls at all.  It doesn't hurt to pick a cheap dozen and give them a try.  Plus they have a good deal on tees, which I seem to go through like crazy.

I bought 100 tp red ldps like a year and a half ago and still have about 20 left. They have some good prices and the balls are pretty good, but I only use them as practice balls. Once in a while you might get a water logged ball but other than that they are pretty good.

Yes they are, great prices, great shipping, great company, been a customer for years. Have only bought AAAAA balls from them though (like new). UngiftedGolfer! you say their AAAA balls are pretty good? The reason I ask is their currently out of stock of the AAAAA balls I usually get. Looking at the 4xA.

Wayne, yeah I've been really happy with the AAAA I've ordered.  I got 2 dozen ProV1x a few weeks ago and was really happy once again with my order.  20 looked brand new (a few had stamped logos or initials, but nothing to affect performance), 4 of them had the smallest scuffs on them (and I just use those as my practice balls when I chip and putt) and one had a little cut.  Honestly, that's the first ball with a cut I've ever had in one of my orders from them.  I used to get AAAAA from them, decided to try the AAAA once just to save a little money, and I've been very pleased to save a few bucks and still get good quality balls.

Thanks, have always been curious about the AAAA. There's a big drop-off in price from the mint to the AAAA. Thanks Again

Does anybody have any coupons for the site? I found one that was $5 off, but thats all I've been able to find. So you guys are saying that the AAAA are just as good as the AAAAA?

There is a difference between the AAAA and the AAAAA, but it isn't a huge difference.  When I order AAAAA it seems like every single ball is absolutely perfect.  When I order the AAAA most of the balls are close to perfect, but you will get a very small percentage that aren't perfect.  I think there are also more balls with logos and such when you order the AAAA.

The big point though is that you are paying waaaayyy less than retail, and regardless if you buy AAAAA or AAAA you are getting a pretty sweet deal.  I always tell people to just try one of the cheaper balls first, say the NXT Tour (still a good ball).  Maybe even try one dozen from AAAA and one dozen from AAAAA and see the differences yourself.  You'll be paying less than $20, you'll have 2 dozen balls, and you can judge the quality for yourself and still be under what you would have paid for 1 dozen at retail.

Always more than made up for any balls I thought short of grade. AND THEY LET ME KEEP THE BALLS!

Knet made me pay my own shipping back to Canada.

OTOH, they are used golf balls. No getting around that.

I bought a dozen each of 4 different premiums, just to try them out.  I ordered 3A, figuring I'd get enough decent balls to do a comparison.  Even the 3A were in very good  condition, IMO.  I'm not saying they were mint, but they were much better than I expected for the price  I've tried golfballnut (also legit), and Knetgolf (not as good selection), but LGB is tops in my experience for selection and quality.  Shipping is a little high, that's my only complaint.  Just need to order a lot to wash it out.

Yep.  $75 gets you free shipping and you can also use the FIVE for $5 off.

I just placed my first order with them this weekend.. $6.99/dz for AAAA Nike ONE D's (bought several dozen) .. $12.99/50 ball buckets for AAAA Nike Mojo -purchased 5 buckets (practice behind house)

Crazy how thay can ship that for free!

just bought a couple of dozen One Vapor Speed and some NXT Tours from them.  Used coupon code "refer" to get 10% off my purchase.  Great place, so far all Nikes are in their AAAA rating as described.  I dont buy new balls ever, just go to Lostgolfballs.com and pay significantly less.  Now if I'm playing in a tournament, I may buy a new 12 pack of balls, but more than likely, I'll just go to the website and order some.  Great site, never had a problem with them!

Yes they are legit.  I just received for the first time five dozen AAAA ProV1X at $15.99 a dozen and couldn't be happier.

I was wondering that myself, maybe they had a bad experience with them. I've received more than ten orders from them and was satisfied everytime.

Also if I remember right $75+ has always been free shipping.

Might want to brush up on your search skills.

The single word "lostgolfballs" alone generates 488 results. Typing in just "LGB" yields 169 results. Maybe you want to drill down and search just in the Golf Balls section or the Deal or No Deal section, so you do an advanced search. You do that by clicking on the little nut/bolt looking thing, right next to the magnifying glass in the search section at the top right of every page, and selecting the appropriate section.

You might be having an issue because in the drop down box right next to the search box, you can select a section...make sure this is checked for the "Forums" section.

And I agree with ironmikey...you should edit your title and remove the word "legitimate"...there's no question about LGB AT ALL.

Great balls and overall good value. I've gone to ebay however for my bulk used purchases as I can getter a slightly better deal most of the time.
