I just pulled a Kiyoshi out in favor of the RIP'd VS Proto in my D3. Going to be my setup for the season more likely than not.

I hit the I20 as well and loved it too, better numbers on the monitor but once I got the right shaft in the D3 it was over.

If I wasn't such a ho, and started buying shafts like crazy....I'd probably still have the 8.5 D3/MRT Ahina in the bag. It was by far the best off the rack/made for setup I've hit.

I may experiment with another shaft though.

Seriously?
How many?
Please describe the process. How do you get them past the screw?
What if I don't like it, can I get them out?

Many/most of the heads have hotmelt/rat glue in them so getting the cotton out can sometimes be a small chore, but usually you can dig or blow it all out with a compressed air nozzle.

Very well. I have a 92-93 swingspeed so this is a F3 flex. Tipped 1/2" (that was per Aerotech for the Surefit sleeve. I bought this shaft after going through a driver fitting last Januray where he threw this shaft at me and the dispersion was crazy low for me. I was dropping the balls into a five yard circle on the FlightScope. I could tell that a slight swing adjustmeent would probably help me get a little more distance (I was shorter in the MX48 than my then current Aldila/R11). I've now had it for a month and couldn't be happier. It's just as long as my R11, little less spin (I spin the ball way too much according to my fitting) and I still get the accuracy. All in all not bad for a $80 shaft :-)
Good luck with yours!
