Guys, sorry for the long delay, I spoke with a few of you and as you know my grandmother passed away and I have had alot to deal with. I have not made it back home yet and will be headed that way later today. I promise you this is not fraud, I am very sorry as I have had limited access to the web, the grips will be going out asap. I apologize for the inconvienence but it was my grandmother who raised me and I had lots of loose ends to tie up. Sorry Once Again!!!

Jason

I can certainly sympathize with you. I have lost loved ones as well and know it's a hard time.

Just keep us updated as to what is happening. Nothing worse than being in the dark. I am assuming the grips were not sent beginning of last week then?

Pat

I agree. I think everyone just became concerned about the lack of communication.

I bought something for my daughter last Xmas on ebay for her and it never showed. I filed a claim thru Paypal and they gave me a small amount of my money back. To top it off right on the top of my paypal screen it big bold letters its says: (You still have unresolved issues) Its a major slap in the face after doing probably a thousand transactions with them. I did buy a driver on here not to long ago and never heard from the guy and kept pmimg him and e mailing him. It turned out he had some bad health problems that had landed him in the hospital and he came thru with flying colors and a lil something xtra and a note saying he was sorry. I hope something like this is whats happening for all of you guys. Merry X Mas and Happy New Year to all you guys and I,m feeling for yous. P.S. I,ve been burned a few times over the yrs and paypal has been a good thing. Once for over $500.

Jason replied to me this past Sunday and said he would be back in town and would send the grips out.  I did purchase some grips earlier last month from him and did receive them and they were in perfect shape.  I hope he is just caught off guard by all the family's loss and he just behind.

I send him a new PM and will update when I'm replied to...DJ

Nope. via PM or telephone calls.

since his note on dec 8th.. giving him a bit of a slack. but he really needs to come through by this week. i do have a PP dispute out and will go to next step if the grips does not arrive by this thursday.

paid in full on nov 21. so i figure 3 weeks is pretty good.

Even if he were to get them out on Monday there is a chance that they wouldn't arrive until Friday depending on shipping. Give the guy the benefit of the doubt. I would wait until at least next tuesday or wednesday. I understand that you want you grips, but c'mon. I know it's the principle of the thing but is 50 bucks doing to bankrupt you if it sits in his paypal account another 6 or so days?

of course.
i know.
pls see prior posts.
i am not the only person in these posts.

these are extra great prices... i have no doubt that jason is a good guy & going through difficult time as i have mentioned -
golfwrx is a closed community and that the BST is a great alternative from fleabay etc...
but in this arena - trust is everything - and many-many of us do not know each other so one must build this TRUST.

i have no doubt that jason have sent the grips out & we all will be very happy once we get them...
i am certain the he & everyone is busy with work or school and everything else.
just a simple PM would be great to let all of us know the status - would help as others have mentioned -

i have purchased 4 items from folks here at GolfWrx - all have been great prices + terrific communication & delivery.

Who sent thousands of dollars ????

*On a side note, i believe you only have 30 days to file a claim, and most of us are close, if not past 30 days already !!!!!

I have not yet filed a dispute with pp but certainly understand anyone who may have already.  I'm a bit nervous as well and I have already received a prior shipment.  This site is certanly built on trust and I have always sent product out the next day and havfe usually receive goods within a week of making payment.

The lack of communication here is the issue.  Patience of the patrons isn't.  A very new member with no communication--even with this awful situation-- is just not good.

If Jason can't get a computer soon and respond, we should all dispute.  I hope we don't have to come to that....DJ

Nothing here yet. Paid November 11th for some grips from his first thread. Thankfully I only bought $60 worth and not a Tour Cameron!!

I'm also waiting for grips from him, he told me his Granma had passed away and that'd he was out of town due to that and that'd he'd ship the grips 'LAST' Monday the 5th of December.

I've logged a Paypal claim and I paid him on the 14th of November. I've also a friend who bought from him and is in the same boat!!

I smell a rat...  You give someone some slack for personal problems (if there were really any)  but from Nov 14 till now?  Come on.  Hopefully the mods can get involve and at least stop him from posting in the BST any more to protect our members.  You like to think you can trust all fellow wrx'ers but I guess not.   (cool)

I normally give someone the benefit of the doubt, but now am starting to go the way of, he over indulged himself and thought he coudl get the grips. Now he can't and is trying to figure a way out.

Sad. Hope I'm wrong.

Got this in a PM from user j_t

Quote

I have longknocker15(Jason)'s phone number from where he sold me a set of irons.

So, I called him last night. He expressed to me that he had messed up some orders, but that everything was cleared up now.

I ask him to post this to the forum, and he said he had been answering PM's

Has he PM'ed you or made some arrangements with you?

Sorry if it was only meant for me J_t but I think the forum would like to hear this.

I have not received any pms from lnogknocker, and I still haven't received any grips.  I also haven't received any response from the paypal dispute I've opened.  Someone is not telling the truth here.

j_t - I wasn't implying that you were lying, rather that longknocker is a capable of telling a neverending string of lies.  Everything is "cleared up" is a real joke.  More like too many people didn't file a paypal claim before the deadline.

My suggestion is that everyone who used paypal file a claim, or if it's too late contact them via phone or email. I had to contact them recently via phone, and they were very helpful.

When they get that many complaints over 1 person, they might investigate anyway.

Just my .02!

I was one member that received grips from him the first time and it took over a week to receive but I did get them.  I paid for 40 grips on Nov 20 and got a PM from Jason on Dec 2 stating his personal problems etc. and that I would receive the grips in a few days.

Since that time...ZERO response to PMs and emails etc.  I'm done with this...maybe PP will investigate and refund.  Has anyone ever gotten money back from PP under similar conditions or do we need to send Guido to his house (cool)

Oh well MR. Jason Pitts!! No replies to my PM's, posts, or phone calls. I am going to assume you are a thief, pure and simple THIEF!!!

I am now changing my paypal dispute claim to a full blown fraud claim. I was skeptical at first because of the first name Jason you so proudly share with another dirt bag, we all remember that POS!!

I hope somebody finds you and deals you what you deserve. I don't want your stinking grips. I want my money back.

I hope you have a merry Christmas with mine and all the other peoples money. I am sure you will be sucking the pipe hard you crackhead.

Sincerely,

Pat

Another way to handle this would be to contact your local post office. They can get into contact with the district Postal Inspector. If someone uses the mail, or states that they will ship something by mail, to commit a fraudulent act, it is a FEDERAL OFFENSE.

nothing here either for $95 for 57 37 grips.....
i do believe we may have a internet fraudulent case if jason does not come through or clean.
since he is using the internet via this forum via PAYPAL to do thes transactions + the total amount may combine to be significant... the FBI may be interested.

i do not know these law matters perhaps someone with a law background can help out. as with the other notorious "jason" character from the stated forum static link in the BST page.

i am heading home to texas tomorrow & hope for jason's sake that my grips will be there... or i will begin my wrath..

YES... i am getting little P.O.
