One hybrid now?  Must be 3-9 iron because it looks like 4 Vokey wedges.

I think the set is 4-9 with 3 wedges, 2 hybrids, a fairway metal & driver + putter,  Rickie had some of the clubs with him on the range when I shot the bag.

Classic blade design just like I expected!  When is the retail release date?

I'm pretty sure that "proto" means there's going be a long wait.

If that's the case then Cobra will miss the boat big time.  Strike now while the iron is hot because those current retail amp irons will not sell to the better golfers.

I don't think these will sell to better golfers either.  Their past blade offerings haven't sold at all, and that was without flashy colors.

That was then and this is now.  Those blades look sweet and I love the lofts on the irons too, almost scratch like...

Sweet irons.  Definitely look very similar to the 712's.  I wonder how much longer before he gives the "Trusty Rusty" wedges a try?

Looks he must be testing setups, the pic he posted on Twitter shows 14 clubs with two woods and his Adams hybrid.  Looks like a Vokey stamped 51 in there too.  Assuming hes playing the same Vokey PW at 47 and possibly 51-55-59 too.  Kinda surprising as I figured you'd see both Adams hybrids in there...

I did not see exactly what clubs he took to the range or the photos that he tweeted.  There was one hybrid in the bag when I shot these photos and it looked like he had one with him in the photo where he is holding clubs at the range.

Could well be that he is testing or that Charley "waved" the 14 club rule like the pro's do for the practice rounds.

I like these but line the 08 blades more.

Thought Fowler might do something more original. Hard to distinguish these from any other MB out there. But they are easy to look at for sure.  Much better than the amp game improvers.

Hard to turn a blade into something else....unless you are trying to acheive something...ie Scratch Crazyback double muscle progressive proto's with 0 offset. lol

I like the loft stamped and if you look closely you can see the number stamped on the toe really small. I think the name is a little much "pro proto" sounds funny. (But hey, whatever works eh rbz?)

I'd be curious to see the driver he bags...Hard to imagine going from the traditional Titleist for so many years to so much color

I wonder if his driver is the pro model just like his 3 wood.  I have a feeling that Cobra will announce a new pro line at this weeks merchandise show.

712 meets Scratch kind of a look.  Which IMO is an awesome look.  I have only gamed two Cobra clubs in the past, the S9-1 Pro S and D drivers.  I was tempted to try the their blade and CB set, but never did.  If they do release, there will be a lot of little Rickies running around with em though!  Posted Image

From his Twitter he sounds like most guys on WRX, something like "as of now this is what's in the bag."  Thanks again Greg.
