1) Augusta National......99 holes including the par 3 :D
2) TPC Sawgrass Stadium Course 72 holes
3) Reynolds Plantation Great Waters only 18 here but a bueaty
4) Cuscowilla also at lake oconee
5) Ford Plantaion in Richmond Hill

Cuscowilla and the ford plantaion are very similar. Links style on one side and into the woods on the other. On a windy day the Ford Plantation may be one of the most visually intimidating courses ive ever played.

I havent played amny good public courses but hers a list

1) The King and the Bear
2) Tiger Eye
3) Caladonia
4) Queens Harbor
5) Port Armor

Cheers
Scott

My list certainly pales in comparison to a lot of these, and there isn't much variety:

Baltusrol (Lower)
Bethpage Black
Baltusrol (Upper)
Plainfield CC
Sea Island (Ocean)

Nonetheless, you could do worse than to play those five every day. I can't complain.
