Looking for some playing partners...
I usually shoot in the mid to low 90's, but have no problem playing with better players... i play better when I do...

Doc and 755, I live in New Cumberland/Mechanicsburg area, about 10 minutes from Harrisburg. I usually go out by myself unless I can find someone else who's free.
I would always be up for an outing, PM me if either of you want to go out sometime.

I had an awesome time today with 755. Got beat up pretty bad at The Bridges, but the day was awesome.
next time Pat, we need to get to an easier track. LOL.
The green were quick and very hard. But all in all it was an extremely positive experience .
We need to get more folks on board.. at least get a 4 some together or something.

I'm not sure where the bridges are, as I haven't played many of the courses around here (just moved up here recently).
Would anyone be up for Armitage sometime? (http://www.armitagegolfclub.com/index.html)
Maybe we could get a 4-some and set a weekend and shoot for something...

I have played Armitage many times. Not a bad course..very short & tight.
I would suggest we get together at Dauphin Highlands. But am willing to play anywhere.

Dauphin Highlands works for me, haven't played that course yet.
Possible have a little get together next weekend? I haven't checked the weather yet, will have to play it by ear.

Anyone have any course recommendations? When I come up with my brother in law to see our in laws near Reading, we play a course in Glen Allen (I think) and an older course in Sinking Springs (a very old course). We like it, but there has to be more options. Any help is welcome. Thanks!

If you are going to be near Hershey, Wren Dale Golf Club is an absolute must play. It is going private soon, but it still is open for daily fee ($85). Dauphin Highlands that has been mentioned is a very fun track, and is affordable and well maintained for a muni.

I tried but I couldn't swing it, no pun intended. I sort of forgot the lady had some plans already for Saturday, and by the time I picked up my new irons and got that all finished up with, it was well after 2pm.
If anyone is up for next weekend (Sat or Sun), let me know so I can plan ahead, and I'll let the lady know ahead of time lol.
Glad you guys had a good outing!
