I am planning a golf trip to the Naples area in a few weeks.  I want to look at some housing while I am down there for a vacation / winter use.

Can anyone recommend some places / areas to look at?  Looking for a place with decent enough value, ability to rent it out, don't want to spend a fortune.  Would prefer to stay under 300k if possible.  Prefer detached single family house.  No apartments.

Nearby golf obviously a must.  Thanks in advance.
