I like Bite Journeys. Comfortable, very light, and not too expensive. If you like a wide toe box, give Bite a try.

My first vote is for the Classics. great shoes.

But i also own, footjoy pro's, footjoy contours, adidas Z-traction tours, adidas brady's, nike gortex, footjoy dryjoys.

I think there are alot of great shoes out there, just depends on the person wearing them.

WELL, I know the ECCO rep very well. I will probably get those. I haven't gotten any yet because I didn't know the rep until about a week ago becasue he just took over the rep job, I have known him for a while and he was the La Jolla rep and then went to MacGregor

golf shoes

Check out this site for a fantastic pair of golf shoes. The last five pair I have bought has been these shoes. I have not been able to find them in any store in Texas although I think they sell them in stores in California. I have ordered them over the internet from this company. They are not the best looking shoe but you can not beat the grip and very comfortable. I like the ATAC shoe. The ATAC is not waterproof although others are, but they are real light and very comfortable. The most comfortable golf shoe I have owned. The company stands behind their quality and the fit. If they do not fit you send it back and they will send you another. They pay the freight same if you have any problems send it back and they will fix it. A great company to do bossiness with.

Another thing is that there is no sfoft spikes you have to worry about replacing. Walking on concrete is no problem with wearing out the soles. I think they hold better than any spike I have worn and you can wear them anywhere on or off teh couse.

TRY THEM OUT YOU WILL KEEP GOING BACK.

I switched from Footjoy to Ecco. The Ecco's are super comfortable. They may be harder to find, but you have to try on a pair.

Have had a pair of Bite shoes for the last few years, quite comfortable, nice brown leather, durable. Will have to purchase a new pair soon as they're wearing out, will go with Bite again I'm sure.

I like the FootJoy Classics or Dester shoes.

Not really into trendy shoes or clothing as long as it is comfortable

Eccos are very comfy, light and flexy if you find the right style. I've stayed away from the really dressy Eccos. I worn 2 pair over 3 seasons and I play year round.

The ones I'd like to try are the

Hi Tech CDT Power (Harrington's Shoe)

The new Adidas 360

The Hi Tech looks like it will add to your torque

Ecco or Adidas. I have some FJ's but that the tag on the heel of the cushion seems to be slippery to me... doesn't feel as secure as I'd like.

I work and play in ECCO'S. They have got to be the most comfortable shoe I've ever worn.Weather it's my golf shoes or my dress shoes, I can honestly wear them 12+ hours if I absolutely had to(dress shoes have seen that marathon many times).
I also have a couple of pairs of Oakley golf shoes, the Bowties to be exact. They are also super comfortable. You can't go wrong with either pair in my opinion.

If you aren't looking to break the bank, the FootJoy Contours are nice. They have classic styling and a more comfortable sneaker type of fit- a lot of padding. Right now they are around $100.

If you are willing to try something different, maybe wait for the Nike Shox golf shoe- the styling is far from traditional and they basically look like the running shoe except the shoe is more level rather than angled down heel to toe. I have Nike Shox running shoes and they are wonderful!

I've owned the Ecco Track's and those shoes were very comfortable and durable, but pretty expensive. If cost isn't a consideration, you should definately check out the Ecco line.

3 pairs Footjoy Classic Premieres

3 pairs Ecco

I wear the Eccos in wet conditions like morning dew or rain days and save the classics for dry conditions.

I think the classics are the nicest looking shoes ever made. The Eccos, on the other hand, are the most comfortable shoes ... even right out of the box.

The ECCO rep just gave me a card for 60% of retail price on any pair of shoes I want...So that is equivalent to 10% off of cost, which is the Personal Use Discount

Had the Contours and hated them. They fell apart very quickly and were very uncomfortable not to mention slightly ugly. I sold them on e-bay a few weeks ago and have not regretted it one bit. I'm looking into the dryjoys that are on sale at TGW $100 and with the free shipping and 15% sale it's a deal I might just bite on.

gotta be adidas, have the tour traxion, white with black stripes, the
tech feather (black with silver stripes) and the new euro tour traxion in all black, they are so comfortable.

also have the TW summer nikes and the TW blutcher but the adidas are
more comfortable.
