Some clubs have exclusive stuff that only members can wear/buy

As a bonus, it's looking like I might actually have better weather than I thought, so the point may be moot.

1. Don't wear more than 2 at a time.
2. If you wear 2, they shouldn't be the same course....unless you're a member.
3. No bag tag older than a week, unless you're a member.
4. A logoed golf bag is a no-no, unless you're a member, but logoed headcovers are ok from any course.

thats just because the Standard Club is a jewish club and Peachtree isn't very fond of jews. Even this is unnecessary though. My dad played Peachtree earlier this week with his Standard Club stuff on.

Wear your home clubs logo when you travel and other clubs logos when your home.

It's a little deeper than just that in his case. He would like to be invited to become a member. He plays there a lot because his brother in law is a member. He even goes to church on Sunday now just in case he gets invited to become a member and has to go through the review process. I can't judge. I'd probably do the same.

That's sad in all kinds of ways.
Then again, if all the good christians attended church, it'd make it easier for us sinners to get a decent tee time on Sunday mornings.

Which is probably why he hasn't been invited, yet. Peachtree is pretty small in terms of active membership. If his brother-in-law is a member and his name ever came up as a potential member, they'd already know he was a Standard Club member. The fact that he is trying to hide it and that he is attending church on Sunday just in case is probably hurting him more than helping him.
Why not just be himself? Peachtree is a fine golf course and there are some good people there, but if I felt like I had to change myself that much to get in, I'd say "F___ 'em," and enjoy some of the other fine courses our state has to offer.
