I apologize if this is in the wrong spot.  Mods, feel free to move if necessary.

My buddy has this putter in his basement, and wanted me to see if I could find out if it is anything special or valuable.

It is an Arnold Palmer "The" Original putter with a signature on the grip.  As far as I know, the autograph is authentic and the grip is original.  I don't know much about these myself and was hoping someone could shed some light on it for me.

Thanks for the help!

About $35 for the putter with out autograph
autograph is very cool so the value gets a nice bump but still probably less than $150

Arnie signs everything for every one

I've got two of these and what I've found out is they're not very valuable as a putter, no more so than any other 25 year old general release putter. I can't say what the autograph would add to it, but like drevil said, Arnie's autograph isn't especially rare.

What you have is what I have collecting dust in my office. A unique A.Palmer putter with NO value, but lots of history.  Mines right under a signed picture of Palmer saying "farewell to the open".

Thanks for the help guys.  Like I said, I don't know a lot about them, and just wanted to make sure.

A good putting putter, but no "value."

The fact that Mr. Palmer signed it is worth something, but it's not a Wilson Designed by Arnold Palmer.

Haha!  It's not mine, it's my buddy's.  I would want to use this thing way too much!
