Just noticed pictures from The Packer Invitational in Australia and there was a pic of Tiger riding in a cart with what looks like a cavity back iron in his bag. Anyone know what it is?

Looks like a very low loft, could it be a driving iron for if Royal Melbourne gets windy?

Nothing in the current Nike range for sure. My initial reaction was something with an undercut cavity too. Looks a bit like a Srixon i-701 from a distance.

I'm willing to bet that it's the same iron that Stewart Cink has in his bag.  Greg, "PGA43", took pics of it and there is a thread about it.

Everytime I see these pictures of his sweet spot I am amazed...  I would love to see him pull everything together and compete again.

The cavity back in TW's bag has a flat line where the one in the link or pic has that jagged edge.  They don't appear to be the same club head.

Zoomed in, it doesn't look flat, I can see what appears to be the two points from that Nike club

A lifetime of practice he should be able to hit the centre of the club face. I don't think you will find any/very few pros who's clubs don't look like that. Heck the scratch guys I play with have club faces that look the same.

Ditto, it looks flat from far, but if you zoom in on the club head you can tell it's the VR S

The cavity back looks like a J38/J40. Probably Freddies.
