I'm not sure this even qualifies because technically speaking I can't even bring myself to hit them, but I'll vote for a 'sleeve' of balls Golf magazine sent, presumably as a gift for subscribing.

Just holding one, it feels like they added 600 grit sand to the paint.  My daughter, a junior golfer who's decidedly UNpicky about what ball she plays won't even go near them.  I don't even feel right about giving them to the First Tee.

The only good thing I can say about them is that this is some ball maker's revenge for wedges that shred covers... these things would tame Mack Daddy grooves in no time.

I wanted to write Golf and ask them which of their editors have actually played these things.

For some reason I find a lot of Lady Precept's on the course and used to hit them whenever I was playing on a water hole. The running joke was you always use your most embarrassing ball when going over water, because murphy's law says you can't lose a ball that embarrasing. Also, spongebob squarepants ball was better than I expected, but still pretty bad.

Any callaway ball that is not the tour series. They just get ripped to shreds in 1 or 2 holes. It's pretty sad really.

I'm surprised to see the Nike one ball up here. I like that ball so much. Even more than prov1 or prov1x.

The Top Flites they made in 1983......A real rock, that one.  They're still not great, but back then they'd hurt you!

Caesar Golf Ball.  It looks like a little cue ball or a big ping pong ball.  It is perfectly smooth.  It went perfectly straight max of about 150 yards and they just dive into the ground, the strangest and most worthless golf ball ever.

Molitor.  These make all other balls feel soft, believe they were made out of marble.

Haha. So true. I found one on the course the other day and was playing alone so i hit multiple drives on the last hole.  one of them was with a molitor ball. I thought I broke my driver. My ears were ringing till I got to my drive. I threw it in the bushes for the next poor sucker who finds it.

For the high end balls.....Penta hands down.  The best thing Taylormade could do is swallow their pride and bring the orig TP red LDP back and call it the Penta II.

The winner hands down "Intergel"
Once you hit one of them you realise the tube they came in had more use  then playing the ball. I still use the tubes today to store golf stuff in.

After the obvious rockflites and pinnacles the worst for me was the TP Black, felt like a rock, didn't spin, weird knuckling ball flight.

You are a mean SOB that ball deserved a burial at sea.
