Adams MB2 Irons-
Pros: Forged, Feel and Forgiveness with a smaller head and top line, stock KBS tour shafts and multi compound grips, color, Price, equal weighting throughout the set.
Cons: They gouge really easy. My very first hit with these looked as if I took a chisel to the face. (It just striped the outer coating off but felt rough/sharp to the touch)
Bottom Line: If you like a blade iron with the forgiveness of a cavity back these are for you.

Review-
"The Idea MB2 Irons are specifically designed with better players in mind. This set of tour-proven muscle-back irons features a raw finish that allows for maximum groove volume and better feel. The MB2 Irons feature brass weight plugs in the sole area that lowers the center of gravity (CG) for precise shot shaping and control." ADAMS WEB SITE
Looks: First look out of the box was Man I like these. The raw color of the head says I'm meant to be used. That coupled with the color of the shaft and grip, they just go together. It goes with My bag, all dark clubs. I like the look of the 5 brass inserts and the etching detail along the top line, kind of gives the irons their own personality. These are far from shovels, for me the smallest iron head I have ever used. The thing I like about these most is that they rust. This gives them the cool patina look that they have been around the block a couple times.
I had a guy ask me how long I have had them, Did your Pop give those to you. I laughed and said, I have only had them for 2 months and no they were not used.
Performance/playability: Performance wise, it took me a couple days to get use to. AT first I was thinking too much. Oh these are blade I can't hit these, man these shafts feel weird compared to the PX 6.0s etc. After they warmed up to me, Boy was I wrong. These are really easy to hit. I hit these higher and longer than any previous set I have owned. I'm able to fade these, slice the ball when need with the longer irons. I draw the ball normally and with these, that will continue to happen. They cut through the turf like a hot knife in butter. I also get enough spin to suit my game. As for the 3 and 4 irons, I have never hit one before because I learned to play with hybrids. Well with these irons, it's no issue. I use them on the tee, in the rough and fairways. I have no issue get them up (so to speak) or keeping the ball down into the wind. I do think I have lost any distance, if I have it is not that noticeable.
Feel: After I got use to the irons, they fell amazing. The shaft and head combo is really smooth which allows me to feel everything. I can feel the ball across the whole club face, although the hosel hits can fell really harsh everything else is tolerable. When hit on the sweat spot, it feels like I'm hitting a marsh mellow. These are better feeling iron then my Pro Golds hands down, and will go out on a limb and say better the MX23s I had.
Overall bottom line: I love these iron. Once you get use to them they will do anything you need them to do. You will get the play ability of a blade and the feel and forgiveness of a cavity back or game improvement iron. The price line is great for this caliber of iron. I think it will be hard to find anything out there that is better IMHO. If you are looking for an iron that gives off the look that they have been played hard and put up wet, these are the irons for you. These irons where made for the Pro's/ Low handicap player but can be used by anyone hence me the 15 handicap player.
I know this is probably all over the place but I hope this make since. I took a break from studying so my brain is dead and my eyes are glazed over.

Removing the offset specifications the feel is really good not harsh or click like. These are really forgiving irons for blades which caught me off guard when i tried them awhile back. These are for someone that wants to have the offset of a Players Cb or more offset but wants the feel and workability of a blade. I just couldn't get over the large offset numbers i miss with a hook the ball already and needed something with less offset.

Just ordered a brand new set with X-flex KBS and I think they might oust the 68's that have stood tall for almost 2 yrs.
How's the offset?
