Thinking of picking up a 3h, maybe even a 2h to replace my Vr Pro, just falling out of love with it for some reason. Thinking of going with the A12's but it had me thinking, what is the best hybrid ever to hit the market?

Have had either an Adams or Nickent hybrid in my bag for he past 10 years or so.  With Nickent being out of commission now, Adams is the only hybrid I would play.  Leaps and bounds ahead of the competition IMO.  I have played the A4 and A7 (which was very close to staying in my bag) but the original Idea Pro is still in there.  Redoing my configuration and am looking to put in a Super Hybrid 17* soon as well :)

Love my Nickent 3DX but trying out a Titleist 909H that I picked up used and so far, very impressed with it.  We'll see if I continue to find it as easy and forgiving as my Nickent.

I had an Adams Idea Pro(the one that said prototype on it) with the stock VS proto and it was great. From the fairway and the tee, it was great and easy to hit. I now have the Titleist 585.h and I love it, Its my go to club for when I gotta hit the fairway, or a second shot into a par 5. they both should be cheaper because they are a couple years old but worth it in my opinion

The best hybrid really depends on what you want the hybrid to do. I currently carry an Adams 3h Idea pro gold (20 deg with stock matrix) and an original idea pro 4h (23 deg with stock vs proto). The idea pro is more workable than the pro gold, but the pro gold is more forgiving than the idea pro. Both are firmly in the bag. I always check out out the new hybrids, but I hit these so well, and have so much trust in them, that I can't find a reason to change.

no doubt, actually was going to give up on the whole hybrid theory until this year I bought a Adams Pro with a Matrix black tie 20 degrees, best ever!  I now love hybrids because of it!

I wish I knew this weapon was out there log ago...I know it is not the "new" ones in which people are looking for, and I was that person, in which I spent a lot of money wit the new tech, if I would have just bought one of these 2 yrs ago I would have more cash to play with!!!and a lot less head aches!  this club is perfect, exactly what a hybrid was designed to look like and perform like!

I've tried a bunch, but in my opinion no other hybrids come close to these 2.

What's the best one for a mid/high handicapper?  From what I can gather, alot of single-digit guys on here grade their hybrids on a basis of what won't hook left on them, and prefer an open face.  I can't hit a 2- or 3-iron to save my life though and slice low-lofted clubs... so I probably prefer something that WILL hook occasionally for you guys.  What're my best options?  Adams OS line?

A lot of great ones from Adams if you get the right shaft in there.  Tour Mashie won me over a few weeks back though, even better than Pro Black with Attas for feel and traj control

R11 rescue hybrid.

Tried titleist, Adam and Nike hybrids.

I felt the most comfortable with the r11 hybrid    Felt better too

Launch monitor showed me hitting the 18 degree hybrid 285 yards off the floor. I scratched my head on that one.

Haven't tried it on the course yet.

Taylormade rescue 11tp   great hybrid  shaft was not a perfect fit.     White gets green and messy after every shot.
Tour edge xgc4 with motore F1  so far the best of the bunch.
