Quite possibly the most valuable post ever for players.  thanks to the player and caddy for allowing us WRX-ers to be so invasive as to give us this info!

That's unreal, even I could shoot in the 60's if I had detailed notes like that....

Or maybe not...

Very cool thanks, I've always wanted to see one of those.

That is really impressive.  That is more detailed than I would've ever imagined.  I wonder if they'll ever go to lasers to speed up play.

wich they were that detailed at all courses, would make them much more interesting... i guess actually most of the detail is written in by the caddy so the actual book without marks isn't as spectacular as it looks finished product.
great pics thanks for sharing!!!

Thanks to Kevin and Mike for allowing us to see those books. They are a valuable resource. Not that I plan to play Augusta National any time soon (hoo eee that's a hot one), but this kind of info is great for us just watching on TV.. Combine that with a pin sheet for each round, then heck we can sound like pros even from our lazyboys.

This just proves you can't replace a caddy with a range finder.

To cool.......I guess Phil's shot from last year on 13 was nothing, only like 175 yards, so a 7 iron? Joking, but still not a long of a shot as I thought

Superb post. Seen these before on eBay. It's a lesson to us all to take the trouble to mark out the contours of our home course greens, at least.

AWesome  awesome awesome post!!!!!!!!!!  Best pics in a long time.

How good are the pins sheets that the national gives the players!?!?!?!   Little better than the circle with the line in the middle.

One question about this book, What the numbers indicate about each hole number?  IE: 25 R 4   I know 25 on and 4 from the right but would those have been the 4 practice rds and then next to them, the 2 tourney rds????

Also love the fairway yardage page and gives you the driver distance on the right and left of the page.
