Anyone have an educated guess what are the red dots for? I think on course bathrooms, but slight chance it could be wind direction.  I have a few of these from bethpage from the nys open.  I figured they were leftover extras from THE open.  not in color ink though, well done augusta.

The red dots represent the "pull" of Rae's creek & how it has an effect on all putts at Augusta.

Does anyone think measuring devices should be allowed in tournament play on the PGA tour??? (GPS, Laser)  I know it is old school and traditional how they get yardages now, but I think it would speed up play to use such devices.  The player still has to hit the shot!  I dont feel it would affect the integrity of the game.  There are other things which play into a shot like slope and wind that would be an educated guess between the player and caddie.

Kevin played a practice round Wednesday on the front nine with Freddie and Phil.  He said that they were very helpful but Phil was really helpful and willing to offer any advice.

Absolutely super cool.  Reminds me of my past life (though never caddied in an PGA event, just qualifiers, and high-level am events).

I'm really glad to hear that. I would have thought that they would be all hush-hush about whatever course knowledge they have. Just goes to show how much of a class act guys on tour are.
