Anybody ever had a bad experience with these guys? I ordered 3 pairs of Ecco Street Premiers last week(last Monday). On the page of the shoes, it said "all shoe only orders will be shipped within 48 hours, GUARANTEED!"

The main reason I ordered from them besides the price, was because of the supposed fast shipping as I am leaving on Wednesday for a golf trip. On the website, it has said my order is processing ever since I made it and they billed me asap.

I have sent 2 emails with no reply and left a voicemail for them this morning. Also with no reply. Pretty upset at this point as clearly I'm not going to have my shoes in time for my trip. I could have ordered off Ebay for slightly more and already had them by now.Posted Image

i'm 1/2 with kingdom 59. the first purchase was a scratch wedge and that was a breeze. the 2nd order got messed up and although it eventually sorted itself out, it took some time.

I've had two orders go wrong thus far.

First order was for a Dunning polo that I ordered 3 weeks ago and have still yet to receive.  After two e-mails for a tracking number on the shipment I finally get a response saying that Dunning was doing inventory and having issues.

Second order was a pair of Travis Mathew Mally pants in they new Grey color.  They shipped me the Mally pant in the dark grey (almost black) color (which I already have a pair of).  Affter e-mailing them regarding the mix up they said that TM "ran out of the grey color" and instead sent the darker color.

With both of these issues, I don't understand why they couldn't contact me and let me know what is happening.  If you know an item won't ship for some time, let me know that way I'm not wondering where an item is in shipment. And why send the wrong pants when you know they are going to be the wrong color?

I think they have poor communication and I'm not sure the discount in prices makes up for the poor customer service.  I wish it could be better, but I'm pretty disappointed.

Yep, seems like the deals aren't good enough to warrant the possible issues you may run into.

I've ordered twice from them, and I just noticed when I logged in that both of my orders still say "processing" even though they were completed and I received them on time.

Anyway, funny story about the most recent order.  I ordered a size large Dunning polo, visor, and belt for what I thought was a great price.  The order shows up right away.  About a week later, a duplicate order shows up, including an additional polo size small.  Strange.  So I called Dunning and spoke to a woman who is the sales director or something.  She told me I was the first person to ever call and say I received too much stuff, which was funny of course.  Turns out though, that Kingdom 59 sent Dunning my order twice...I was only billed once.  She passed my info along to the guy at Kingdom 59 who was supposed to call me about 2 weeks ago... the extra stuff is sitting in its box in my office, and I'm giving them about 1 more week before I sell it on BST here or give it away.

So I suppose you could consider that an error in my favor.  I would still order from them again, they have good deals from time to time.

I've ordered once.  It took about a week to get my order when the goods were in the same state as me.  I tried following up a few times over phone and nobody answered or called me back.

Won't be ordering there again.

i had a guy call me back today finally. said they 1 pair they were still trying to get from Ecco but they are supposed to be overnighting my other 2 pair tonight at no extra charge so i have them in time for my trip tomorrow. I'm cautiously optimistic but at least they tried to right a wrong which is good.

Every time I check the site the deals are mediocre at best.  Stories of bad CS just make it that much more likely that ill never order from them.

I used their site for a price match at the PGA TSS on those Eccos. Got mine in the store that day for $115 thanks to them, so I at least appreciate what they do.

Absolutelty the worst golf retailer i have ever experienced.  I have been waiting for 3 weeks for 2 belts I ordered.  I even paid extra for 2 day shipping.  WHAT EVER YOU DO, NEVER pay for expedited shipping with these clowns.  If it takes 3 weeks to get to you  what is 2 extra days.  I have sent 3 emails and called half a dozen times.

Complete joke!!!

+1

I ordered some of the ash worth Freddy couples shoes on a Sunday night 15 minutes after I had an email convo with a customer service rep who guaranteed I'd get my shoes before a trip I had planned. All I had to do was pay for 2 day shipping. He guaranteed it enough to offer a full refund if I didn't get them before I left for my trip the following Sunday. Well, the shoes didn't show before I left. I sent email after email with no response.  I get home groom my 10 day trip and the shoes are sitting on my front porch.

Long story short, I will never think about another purchase from these clowns. And you shouldn't either.

Just wanted to follow back up on this post.
I emailed with Alan from Kingdom 59 who discovered my duplicate order (mentioned in the thread above) and told me to keep it.
I've ordered twice from these guys with no issues whatsoever and will continue to do so.
Thought it was only fair to post a good experience, also, it's clear to me that they're a newish company; everyone makes a mistake now and then.  I appreciate pro-active follow-up and solutions.  They've had some pretty interesting stuff lately as well.

I sent an email about a botched order (wrong shirt color) that was never replied to.  Instead of fooling with it any more, I just decided to either wear it anyway or sell it.  Terrible/non-existent communication.

Lot of bashing here...wow, kind of surprised. New member here but have had several positive experiences with K59.com as have many of the gents at my club.  Online golf is a tough space for sure to break into, but it seems they are trying to offer us all good deals and it is tough to argue with that.  I spoke with their owner recently about some clubs I had been wanting, Adams CB2's, and the service was pretty good, seems like a decent guy trying to grow a business that benefits golfers. Perhaps some kudos for that.

So, is there specific are on this site specific to deals?  Appreciate the insight.

No reason for absolute non-existent communication from any company, though.  We don't put up with it from individual sellers on eBay or here so I don't know why it would be ok for a company to do it.  And promising shipping times that can't be met when they do communicate is ridiculous too.

again, never faced that problem myself.  communication has been ongoing.  Was told proactively about my Ecco's being delayed and given an option of changing my selection. As is always the case, one perspective is never the only perspective.  They seem to be plugging along and they seem to keep offering great deals so maybe your experiences are the exception rather than the rule. I am sure we have all had both positive and negative experiences with many online or offline stores we frequent.  Ih, wait except for Amazon!!!  Right!

I bought my Scratch EZ-1's from them last Aug and was well satisfied with the service and the price was great also ($799). 3 thru pitching wedge.  I noticed today they are offering custom D.W. irons at a great savings also, and you deal directly with the Scratch Team. I'm not bringing this up to fuel the recent Scratch customer service threads, but to point out the savings to Wrx members

My initial quote might have been a little harsh, as I was unaware of the process involved to get these bulk price discounts. I did not know that there was a set time frame to sell the product I ordered, and at that time when all orders have been placed, they would ship out.  In knowing this now, I would of never paid extra for expedited shipping since if I had to wait 2-3 weeks, what was 2-3 extra days.  While I did have some problems with my order of which was out of K59's hands, they have more then made up for it by sending me some additional merchandise at tgheir shipping expense, and Allen with K59 has gone out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with everything.

I do believe I will buy from the again as they do have some incredible that do come up, but will take into consideration for how fast I need an item and check their shipout dates that are listed in the ad to see if I am able to wait that long.

Just wanted to update that in my case that  there was a happy ending.

Thanks,

Mike

Now that is what I look for in a forum.  When members follow up and the bad AND the good get noticed.  Thanks UGotHUSTLED. That was the right thing to do if they came thru for you in the end.  Franky, I am pretty familiar with these Private Sale sites as my wife loves them and I have bought from One Kings Lane (home design).  They all tend to have delays and it has to do with how they get product and as UGOTHUSTLED said, how they are able to offer deals.  I for one love it....a fresh face in the golf space.

Either way you go, they have great deals and I just picked up some Scratch Wedges this AM for a great deal.  While I admit, it could be a smoother process, I am cool with the deals and I am sure they will figure it out.

I'll tell you what I DON'T look for in a forum.  I don't look for sponsors posing as actual members and commenting on how great their company is.

You've been here for all of four (4) days and 64% of your posts are touting the greatness of K59.

If you want to pay your Sponsorship Fees to GolfWRX, contact user "gxgolfer".  :busted2:

no affiliation whatsoever with this company other than I am a customer who has had no less than 6 positive experiences. I also love golf deals.  sorry if that is a hot topic for me and sorry it gets under your skin. not sure why that is but I check it daily along with many other golf sites, and buy a lot from all of them. maybe you should get over it. given I have only been here four days, I would not yet have a breadth of topics of which I have been involved in, give it time. I also specifically came here after following a thread on K59 found on google and as a customer, I thought I would throw my experiences into the ring....isn't that what a forum is?  are you upset that I actually had good feedback, or are you just generally uptight.

check back with me in a month JJ and I am sure there will be lots of discussions I find worthy.  but last I checked, you do not dictate what I conversations I care about or choose to be involved in. that is up to me.

Gandolph;
I for one liked your posts here.
I was one of the other (non-affiliated with K59 other than a customer) K59 customers who praised them and talked up their business.  Just seemed to me that we were hearing all bad and no good...happens a lot here and on other sites it seems.  They have good deals, some unique/harder to find stuff and I think people would be doing themselves a favor by checking out their deals.

Yes dont take it personal a lot of people here like to be negative and if your positive or had a great experience and say something you are just a fanboy of said company. Keep sharing you positive experiences about k59 and other golf companies it is what makes the community tick. So I ask this to the members of this great site If someone can have three posts about a negative experience with a company then someone surely can have three about a positive experience or is that just advertising?

kingdom 59 has a decent concept going, but they could be gone by this time next year if they don't get some infrastructure in place to support its customers.

Yeah, for some reason lately, there's been a bunch of posts where people get on here and rip XYZ company to shreds before they even give said company a chance to rectify the situation.  Of course, as soon as that same company kisses the posters' rear end, they then come back on here and talk about how great that company is.  Between those types of posts and and the ones where people will buy a brand new R11 for $37 on EBay, then immediately run here to ask if it's fake, it's getting a little mundane.

I bought something recently from K59 and still haven't received it. Now I am very willing to wait for deals, I figure I can wait as long as I think it saves me a decent amount of money. I can also understand delays due to numerous reason, but what I don't appreciate is a lack of communication. I've sent emails asking about delays in my order and all I want is an explanation. I don't need freebies or apologies, I just want a viable reason and within a reasonable amount of time. More than a week with ZERO response is unacceptable.
