Up are 4 brand New Drivers from Cleveland Golf. These are all the XL310 model, here is what the site says:
The Launcher TL310, weighing 310-grams, is engineered TOUR LITE. This means it has the stability and feel demanded by tour players, yet provides added head speed for more distance. It also features a playable 440cc clubhead, giving precision-players added workability. The shaft in the 310 is an authentic Miyazaki C. Kua 59 series that was designed specifically with the better, stronger player in mind.

Do the Cleveland Drivers have the tour stamp on the hosel or are they just retail heads?

As I read it here it is the Miyazaki shafts are the Tour issue version, but with retail Cleveland heads.

Nothing.  This is the same club as you would buy off the shelf to my knowledge.  Right from the Cleveland site they say the Miyazaki shafts are "tour" shafts, meaning they're "real deal" not "made for".  So basically you're saving $5 plus tax and any shipping through this sale.  Sweet shafts, no question.  Makes the $300 retail tag on them quite appealing.

these drivers are not tour issue.  As said above, the Miyazaki shafts are the same on the tour van as they are on the retail heads. so the shafts will be the same reguardless, but the heads are not tour issue heads.

But a big clue is, tour issue drivers do not come with stickers and in plastic bags.
