I'm sorry if this question has been asked and answered before (I'm sure it has), but I searched the forums and couldn't find an answer.

I ordered TM Burner 2.0's with KBS Tour shafts (stiff).  The labels have an "R" in the top right corner of the shaft sticker.  I'm assuming this means "Regular," which is not what I ordered.

I will say that the shafts seem a lot stiffer than a regular shaft, but I'm certainly confused by the "R" on the label.

Any insight would be appreciated.

Thanks.

If it's a small R with a circle around it that is used to denote "marcus registrada", a copyright indicator.

You maybe wont want to go this far but if you remove the grip the flex is stamped on thebutt of the shaft. I think it says something like kbs tour s. They may have put on the wrong stickers??

Yeah, I wouldn't doubt that you may just have the wrong lables on there.  I bought a new set of 710 MBs and the shaft labels said they were KBS Tour 90's, when they were actually KBS Tours.  Titleist doesn't even offer the KBS 90 as an option.  Like mentioned previously, the only way to know for sure is to look under the grip.

Every set I've installed comes with the labels not affixed, but that's buying them as components, not already assembled. It could be that TM assembled them and just grabbed KBS Tour labels and stuck them on there, not caring what flex was indicated on them.

all factory installed KBS shafts have stickers pre installed on them with the correct flex to indicate what you are buying.
