caddy: 25% of norm or an extra $25
cart girl: $1 or $2 each time
bag boy: $5
pro: depends on the lesson price but usually an extra $25

Nothing, not that i'm cheep but i just don't let anyone touch my sticks. I've seen too many clubs dropped by inexperienced workers. I never use a cart unless its mandatory at the course and then I load my own clubs. I clean my own clubs.
