Those were fairly popular back in the early 90's. The selling point was that off of fairway lies it imparted more spin than grooved wedges without any damage to the ball. Back then the square groove clubs were eating golf ball covers badly.

Really like the Tour Edge stuff, wouldn't even mind giving one of the putters a roll.  Weird on the groove less wedge, have never seen one before.

Besides the awesome TEE gear, the other junk is crappy looking. That powerbilt driver looks like an ugly stepsister of the Cobra ZL

wow i didn't think i'd ever see the t-balance putter from tour edge again. i tried one of these about 5 years back because it was a good set up for side-saddle putting. looks like they painted it white to resell the stock they never sold
