Like the look of the new VR Pro wedges. Any thoughts on the grooves of the VR Pro irons?

what is nike waiting for with those wedges. those are sharp and have an interesting story to tell with the x3x grooves. I know they are spilling their 2011 product out little by little but give us the wedges!!!! I have hit the pro combos my set should be here any day, the grooves look a bit different at address but nothing you cant get used to love those sticks cant wait to get them and it to get warm.

UGLY But Effective, I am just beginning to get past the look of this connector.
I have been focusing on the Great looking shape of the ClubHead and avoiding the:scare: hosel /neck .

That shaft adaptor is just way too thick/clunky.

Agreed...I'm waiting to try the new wedges. I'd like to compare them to the V-Rev wedges before I make a purchase.

As far as the hosel...I 100% agree. Streamline it. The only recent Nike driver I own is the VR Tour without the STR8 fit. I don't mind the Cobra, TM and Titleist hosels...

Irons and wedges look great but I just can't stand to look down at that str8 fit adapter. Are they going to offer one with out?

They don't have much of a choice in the VR Line, the compression channel prevents them from putting a screw through the heel.

With that said, the VR Pro Cavity doesn't look to shabby considering it's a GI club.

Not sure if I could get past it...always makes me think of Inspector Gadget...

GO...GO...gadget head...would pass through my head every time I addressed a ball...not saying that's bad...I just don't know if it's good...

I played my first round with the Pro Combos yesterday and there were amazing, especially out of the wet rough, those 3x3 groves are for real!
