Hey New Hampshire who's out there? I have a good buddy of mine who lives around the corner in Nashua that hangs out up here but seeing who else is around. Anyone want to start a NH WRX tournament kind of thing? Little stableford or point quota. Anyways we just got cockteased today with the weather but if ther is interest we can start to organize now. If anyone is interested let me know.

I'm in Nashua and would enjoy occasional playing partners. The way things are shaping up schedule wise, weekends for 18.
I'm about a 22.

Cool the other guy that posted and I are both in Nashua, and I got a response from a guy moving to Manchester. I am going to try to make it happen at least a few times this summer

Nice. Where do you guys like/prefer to play in the Nashua area? I'll travel pretty much anywhere in a 1-hour radius.

I believe it will be a late start to the season based on current (24") snow cover. No matter, I don't care to play in mud, if you know what I mean.

I live on the Seacoast of NH and play out of The links at Outlook in South Berwick Maine and if you guys ever want to travel this way and play let me know, I would like to come play in Nashua, the state am is at Nashua CC this year and I would like to check it out, that is if I qualify this year after last years choke fest at The Golf Course of New England I don't know whats going to happen this year! ha.  If you guys ever have a chance to play GC of NE you should, awesome Arnold Palmer design, but extremely hard to get onto unless you have the 100K or so to join !

Jamie-
I'm in Exeter, am a 12 index, and play mostly Breakfast Hill and the Ledges, although I travel around and like to play other courses as well.  I'm always looking for local partners - if you're interested in getting together, let me know.

GCNE is on my would-love-to-play list.  I haven't gotten an invite yet.  My understanding is that there are so few members that not only do you not need a tee time, but most times you go out you don't even see any other groups.  Very decadent!

I'm in the Manchester area but always willing to travel for a round or two. I play out of Plausawa Valley CC in Pembroke. It's a bit of a  goat track but it's home. Weekend schedule is a bit crazy for the next month and a half but after mid-June or so I'm available.

Playing 9 this afternoon at Amherst. This will equal the total number of holes played in 2010 (injuries).

I am from the Seacoast orginally, but I am at school now.  I grew up playing Rochester CC as my home course, also played Pease, The Oaks, The links at Outlook, and Nippo Lake a fair amount.

It's a wicked goat track but a fun course none the less. I am up in the Lakes Region. I work at a private club, I'm 18 and a 9 handicap, always looking for people to play with.

I am also starting at UNH next fall so I will be right on the Seacoast in 3 months time! Go Cats!

You should register for the Green Meadow Strokes Championship in Hudson.
The tournament is Aug 2,3,4th

+2 Handicap BTW.
Love playing with any handicapper from WRX tho.

Southern 603 here... just some foam balls off a mat in the backyard for me!  Was just great to make some swings without a coat on.

Not sure anything is open down here yet, though i suspect green meadow and amherst cc to be the first.

Can we use this thread as a place to update openings and conditions?

Bedford resident here. Nice to see all the NH guys around here.

Lets definitely keep this thread active throughout the season. I would be interested in a little WRX showdown so I can see all those 380yd drives and 205yd wedges.  :-)  Just kidding around.

I am definitely interested. I play all over the state.  I was an 9 to an 11 index last year which ended early due to a car accident / back injury (i was rear ended).

Not a 100% sure of my plans but, I May be looking to get out on Sunday.  Anyone looking to play the Southern part of the state this weekend?

Ledges is a great track.  I make it a point to play at least 2-3 rounds there a year.  If you don't mind post your thoughts on the condition, I may take a ride up there sooner rather than later if it is worthwhile.

Not sure of conditions but, The Overlook in Hollis opening tomorrow.  No carts, just walking.  Also- Amherst CC and Green Meadows are open.

Myself and OP (Ava08) may be interested in a NH WRX Chapter showdown at some point in the season.  I'm in the 10-12 hcp range, and he's somewhere in the neighborhood too.

On the NH border,  play at Overlook and Green Meadows all the time.  I am a 16hdcp but with my new found freedom (pending divorce) I hope to play back down towards my old 12hdcp with more free time the practice.

Good morning all - Played 9 holes this morning (7am) @ Country Club of NH...Good times!

A bit of winter rust on the first two holes...but got into a groove after that.

If anyone is out this way let me know!  Always looking to play!

I'm very close - in Grantham - usually play Eastman (member), Newport and CC of NH.
