I sort of wish they didn't say "Pro Combo" on the back, but very nice set for sure. I'm going to at least demo these when they show up in the stores.

I am looking into that right now. I have heard of a November 1 ship date, but I am not certain if that is when retailers will be able to ship or when Nike will be shipping product to retailers.

When I get clarification I will surely post my findings.

My bad on this one; posted the wrong information. The VR Pro Combo irons will be available in Left Hand. I've updated the original spec chart.

Very nice, looking forward to trying them.
Just wondering if there will be more in the 2011 lineup ?
New matching wedges ? fairway woods etc ?
I seen photos for the new driver and hybrid, some more photos specs would go down great.
Thanks.

WOW - VERY tempting. But maybe too much bounce for a sweeper like me - 3 degrees more than my Srixon 701 Tours which will be very hard to replace. Can't wait to hit them.

from the looks of it, the Pro Combo Blades (8,9,pw) are the same blades in the Pro Blades set, correct (just with difference stamping)???

Am I right?  Do they look the same? Thanks!

I have to say, they did a whole lot better with this series over the last in terms of looks.  I'll be interested to see how far they've come in terms of quality.

Beautiful clubs. nothing else to say. Remove the paint fill of the vr business and voila, classic. Love it.

I don't care if they were forged in the fires of hell and cooled off in the waters of Lake Minnetonka, that is still too steep for me.
Guess I'll be waiting for a $500 price on the bay.

I've already made up my mine that these are going to be my next set of irons. They remind me of my J36's.

You ever watch any of the Dave Chappelle show?  There was a skit with him playing Prince and talking about "purifying yourself in the waters of Lake Minnetonka".

Wow they do look nice! I am a cobra cb/mb combo guy( 31/2 YRS). Do not see forged stamped anywhere, or are they cast and chrome plated ? Satin finish would look better especially in the cavity back area

I have to say...that is a bit overpriced.  Hopefully, they will be around $899.
