Trolling around the Kusala reviews ended up going to their homepage. The front page has a teaser of the C.kua shafts and a quick search turned up nothing. Anyone hear anything on them?

We got some in last week. I am going to hit the 43x tomorrow and will report back. Short story is super light but stable. Tour players are putting in the 43 (which actually weights approx 47 grams) version and getting great numbers. Look good to. Dark Gold look. The 72 X will not be sold to the public but the series 59, 43 and 39 will.

Jeez! 39??? I guess that's the future of golf shafts. Great shafts though. Looking forward to trying new profiles.

Vijay has been playing with the 59X for a couple weeks now.  There were 5 in play last week, 3 at the John Deere and 2 at the Scottish open.

As i have not hit it I am certainly looking forward to your review Richard!!

just hit the 43 series in s flex.  great numbers off trackman for me.  tried about 7 shafts and this was about as good as it got for me

ss 92 - 95 mph
launch 13- 15*
ball speed around 135mph
spin 2400 -2800
carry approx 227
smash 1.48

great feel for me, very stable for that weight, having it installed in a 9032ls
dispersion was very tight on the trackman and with outdoor testing
club will be finished around saturday

I'v only tested the 39  "tour Issue" (43 grams?) into a net, but i did not like the feeling. Maybe i'm stupid, but the lighter the shaft gets, the stiffer/more harsh it feels, so i will keep playing 65-75 grams shafts in my drivers. To defence of the shaft, it was a "std" 45" driver, and i play 43.5, so i did not hit it well either, but again, it did not feel good to ME.

How do these shafts perform in terms of spin? Are they considered low/mid or high spin?

Also does anyone know the RRP in £ or $?
