Found this set on Ebay.  I like the colour.  They're refinished nicely and are really sweet to hit.  Thanks for looking.

Beautiful set of woods. The RC 693 model really got Cleveland Classics off and running, A great tribute to the original Tommy Armour 693's. BTW "The Cleveland Classic" indicates early production. They soon changed the designation to "Cleveland Classics".

Wow, those are really nice. I'm pretty sure the later model of RC693 had a butterfly plate not the sweepback and only said "Cleveland Classic" like somebody else pointed out, so those might be pretty rare. Excellent set!

Nspiel58:

Very nice, solid set of persimmon woods. I like the red phenolic inserts with that color stain too.

Thanks for the comments and info on the woods.  I just noticed that the 4 wood does not have the bore-thru hosel.   Funny, I've had them for a couple of weeks and then just noticed this after I posted the photos here.  Is this unusual since the driver and 3 have the bore-thru?  It's cool to think that they might be a rare set.  Cheers!  And thanks to all of you for posting your woods as well.  There's some very nice stuff out there and having this forum has really got me interested in finding more persimmon.  They are such amazing examples of craftsmanship and professionalism.

The shafts are the thin black TT "S".  I assume they're like the S300, but I'm not sure.  They're tipped lower then a set of Titleist persimmons with S300s, so they are stiffer.

Judging by the pictures, that appears to be a set I sold on Ebay a few weeks back so I guess I'll chime in.  As far as the no bore thru goes, I actually got that set used from someone else and my understanding from him was that the 4 wood was from a different production year than the other two, hence the lack of a bore thru on that one.

Of all the Clevelands throughout the years, those were probably my favorite color stain that they used, unfortunately it really only looks good with that red brick insert.  I ended up making a RC-53 look absolutely hideous with that color next to a black and white insert.

Glad you like them.

Thanks for the feedback about the 4 wood and selling them to me.  As I mentioned in the topic, once you start collecting persimmons, it's pretty hard to stop.  Though this set will likely be the last set for a while.  Do you have many in your collection?

I don't have much of a collection left these days.  I'm in the process of moving, and the new place has way less storage space than my current one, so basically everything isn't in my bag of Classic gamers has to go.  Most of it is gone already, I think what's left now are probably 6-8 individual fairway woods, and maybe one driver that I haven't gotten around to selling yet.  All Cleveland Classics, but no more complete sets like you bought, just odds and ends of various lines that I collected throughout the years but was never able to put together a whole set of.

Very nice indeed. Great pickup. Persimmon is becoming harder and harder to find these days. Less supply hopefully increases demand.
