You know Godwin's Law? The one which states that as an internet discussion goes on the probability that someone will mention Hitler approaches one?

There surely must be a similar law that relates to Tiger Woods.

A thread about Luke Donald's golf clubs and... Post #59. Someone mentions Tiger. It's almost as much of a certainty as someone misusing an apostrophe.

hehe always liked that.  You leave a monkey with a typewriter and eventually he will type out a scene from shakespeare. Math rocks.

I know he has a 13.5* Burner 2.0 3 wood. I saw it in the Northern Trust Open Pics.  Not sure about driver.  Most likely a Burner 2.0 as well since he had a Superfast TP in last year.

True. But in the pics he had it as a second one, the 3 wood. It looked like it was a maybe club. Because there was a headcover behind it.
But it seems likely that it came in the came. I actually think the Superfast TP was one of the best looking clubs ever. The black one. Not that it has so much to do with Mr. Donald. :D

It was a R11. But he did use the R9 last year. The spring and first of the summer :D
Wondering if he put the burner 3-wood in the bag ..

All WRX'ers please note...world class player using super whippy S300 iron shafts!! No 7.5 PXs or X300s for this guy, just smooth swing and solid striking. Well deserved win for LD, a genuinely decent bloke and a great ambassador for Golf.

I thought only S400 and X100 had the Tour Issue labels, not S300.

Yeah i am sure your right, just the fact that he is using it, and the average viewer only notices when he is on the tee and thats what counts

Are Mizuno drivers bad or something? Why don't any of the mizuno staffers play mizzy drivers? What gives?

Bad would be a strong word in this case, but Taylormade woods are worlds better. I had a Mizzy driver once, and just really had no pop. IMHO.

Marketing. Mizuno have been turning out some of the most consistently long-hitting drivers I have ever tried. The MP-600 and above are huge off the tee.

I dont think so.
Best guess from me is stif.

Luke has had used a shorter shaft on the driver, so he could keep his balance.

Does anybody know, are he still doing that on the R11 ?
I looks like it. When he stand to the ball.

How much length would a inch or two take of the carry ?
