They feel buttery compared to my old X22 Tours. Playability is really why I chose this iron. When I was out at Callaway for my fitting I just coulndt get over how easy they were to hit. Couple that with the soft feel and the extra distance I gained and it was a no brainer.

What a gorgeous set up!
I'm off for the winter, and haven't seen the Diablo irons in person yet. I can't believe how great they look at set up. Nothing like I imagined. The Hybrids look like the best Callaway has produced as well. Looks like they are going to have a great year. Go make birdies in bunches!

Could you compare the performance of last years diablo FW w/ the diablo tour fw? The old diablo was tremendous, and I'm debating the merits of playing an older model clocked open vs. playing a diablo tour. Thoughts on performance difference? Obviously it looks better, but beyond that...

Preppy,
Had a great range session yesterday and did some testing and will give you my thoughts.
Both clubs are the exact same loft with the same shaft.
Here is why I will switch...............Apperance & Performance!!!
Not even close here as far as appearance. 2010 Diablo Tour Fairway is a
very traditional looking club. Very appealing to the eye and for me thats very important to me. It gives me confidence right away when I put the club down behind the ball.
2010 Diablo Tour Fairway was about 6-8 yards longer. Very easy to get in the air. Nice penetrating flight.
Very easy decision for me.

Thank you my friend. Part of me is contemplating getting involved with their college/VIP program...
