I would check myself, but since they are closed on weekends, and it is urgent, I was wondering if anybody could check it online?

Thanks and Happy holidays!

Checking a serial number with Ping just shows the original spec's and any repairs that may have been done to them after they left the plant. It does not mean the the clubs were worked on outside of the factory ie: lie changed but the color code never repainted. You have had 3 pages of posts looking to buy Pings and other makes....have you purchased any of them or just asking questions?????????

You sign up for a ping locker on their website. Then you register clubs using the serial number. If it works then they are real clubs.

Does registering really check them?  I just bought a used set (S#2B3494) and it took them.  I then tried to add a couple of more and just made up numbers to check.  It accepted those as well.  Just a couple of lucky guesses? or does it take any?  Is there a way to check info on the the set I entered?  I'm still wondering if mine are legit.

quick question. Is it unusual to have different serial numbers through a set?
I acquired s55 3-pw and the serial number is different on the 3 and 4 iron.
5-9 have the serial 10D6094A

thanks

Not unusual. 3 and 4 were likely purchased afterwards, so they'd have a different serial as they were produced at a separate time.

If you could run the serial I put up for the 5-9 that would be great. I emailed ping about it and they said to call them but I don't live in America. thanks again

Socrates -

What are you using to look these up?  I signed up for the locker room and while it will allow to put in the serial number it does not give me the specs.

I'm trying to look up a putter of mine.  It looks like 0103921G
