There is nothing worse than someone that wears so much cologne you can taste it...

Yes, it's a bit expensive but you don't need much!

As far as Axe goes...isn't there a rule that once you graduate high school, you are not allowed to wear this stuff anymore?

Did you mean to say "life partner"?

This goes back to everything else I do in my daily life. I wear cologne because I like the smell of it, and couldnt really care less if someone else likes it. I dont wear it to impress other people. I'm married, and have been with my wife for about a decade. I wear it because I like the way it smells, and as I have stated in other threads, if you dont like it, get bent (this is not directed directly at you, just in general). If we ever happen to occupy the same space, and you dont like the scent of my cologne, you are free to leave.
I have about 6 different full size bottles, and currently about 8 samples bottles in my bathroom. I also have a sample pack from Czech & Speake coming in the next couple of weeks. I got into fragrances when I was young, and have probably worn cologne on a daily basis for 18 or so years now. I have some cheap ones and some rather expensive ones. I personally prefer scents that are not all that common. The Aqua di Gio's, Cool Waters, and other popular scents just dont do it for me. I dont want to smell like everyone else. Floris, Trufitt & Hill, Geo F Trumpers all make great scents. I have a bottle of Floris JF in my rotation right now, and next chance I get, I'm planning on buying a bottle of Trufitt & Hill Spanish Leather.

I used to wear that in the early days of high school, and had not smelled it since then (about 15 years ago). A few days ago, I sprayed some on the back of my hand, and suffice it to say that it does not mesh well with my body chemistry.

I'll mix it up with Polo Black and Kenneth Cole Reaction.
I also like the smell of Vaseline Men's lotion (the green/black bottle) as a non-shave alternative.
None of it is an alternative to proper hygiene, though, and never should be used as such.

Probably "ode de toilet".
